This review is LONG…read moreoverdue, but when you receive the kind of customer service that literally makes your day, your week, and honestly your entire outlook, it deserves to be celebrated and shouted from the rooftops! Let me start by saying: Alyssa Acker and Ramon Garcia are an absolute DREAM TEAM. From the very first interaction, their energy was nothing short of electric--warm, welcoming, and full of authentic kindness. I immediately felt seen, heard, and genuinely valued--not just as a customer, but as a human being. Alyssa has this natural ability to connect with people in a way that's rare and beautiful. She's incredibly knowledgeable, super attentive, and her enthusiasm is infectious! She took the time to explain every little detail with clarity and patience, and she did it all with the brightest smile and the most positive attitude. You can tell she truly LOVES what she does--and it shows in every interaction. Her level of compassion and professionalism is unmatched. Ramon--what can I say? This man is a powerhouse of efficiency and excellence. Not only was he incredibly helpful and responsive, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. He has this calming presence and a can-do spirit that made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Every question I had? Answered. Every concern? Resolved. Every detail? Handled with care and precision. A true gem of a person! Together, Alyssa and Ramon are the kind of team that makes you believe in great customer service again. They create an environment where people feel respected, uplifted, and genuinely taken care of. Their kindness is real, their professionalism is stellar, and their ability to turn a simple transaction into a memorable experience is truly phenomenal. If you're lucky enough to work with Alyssa and Ramon--trust me, you're in the BEST hands. I walked away feeling happier, lighter, and so deeply appreciative of their time, energy, and hearts. People like this are rare, and they deserve to be recognized LOUDLY. THANK YOU, Alyssa and Ramon! You two are absolute stars, and I'm forever grateful.

At the time in 2010 I was told that they would very soon have an App out to let me deposit money via my iPhone. I was also told that it would be no problem to transfer money from my business account to a personal account. Two years later, neither was available. To make things worse, the branch manager Peggy was absolutely rude to me and my wife when we inquired about our problems. ZERO customer service and failure to fullfil promises is my two cents on this place

However due to my recent experience at this location I will be closing all four of my accounts and moving over to Texas Trust Credit Union. Before you think about opening an account you should know that they have one of the highest overdraft fees for credit unions in Texas $34.00 per overdraft, limited hours Mon Thru Friday 9am to 5pm, closed on the weekends, and no 24 hour ATM at the this location and to my knowledge no mobile deposit options.

Not only that most banks, Wal-Mart, and CU charge you between $1-4 on Money Order. My daughter needed a money order, and they charged her $7.00. Are you kidding me $7.00 for a darn money order? IMO this NCU is a front to a Chase, Wells Fargo. I don't want to know how they treat their own members, definitely don't want any new members.

I have enough experience to know the wait until the amount has posted to my account. It's been showing posted for several days. I called the number after they spend a lot of time verify my identity then they tell me that it see the amount has posted, and they need to transfer me. of course. But then I'm talking to people from a telephone room you can hear a lot of noise and they do not speak English as a first language. We're dealing with money here. I want someone who truly understands me and that was not the case. After I verify my identity three different times with them because they cannot understand me, they inform me that even though it shows posted it really isn't and I need to monitor my account for 5 days and then go through the whole mess again. I am very seriously considering closing my account. This was a bad move on their part. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person I was speaking to just continued to talk and apologize and talk and apologize and I finally yelled transfer me. What are they thinking? I've had my account for close to 30 years. And I have been so happy until now. They really need to get their act together.

My beef is with the parking lot you enter to reach the people inside. Either by lobby or drive thru, the parking lot is ridiculous either way. The gigantic speed bumps ( they have a million) are obnoxiously huge. Are they trying to protect the neighborhood school children who wander around in bank parking lots? Are they trying to deter bank robbers? Probably not going to work, in crime shows they don't care about the condition of their getaway car anyway. Consider this review something like a Public Service Announcement.

When I first opened an account, they wouldn't take automatic deposit from me for over 5K, even though they only had 2 branches in SF. Then once that fiasco was straightened out, they constantly declined charges on my debit card for alleged "fraud and security purposes." After repeatedly explaining that the FDIC insured my account for up to 250K and that my balance was hefty, but nowhere near that amount, so any protection was for HSBC not me, the decline problem tapered off. Then this Fall it took me 3 hours on the phone to wire money from my HSBC account to another account. Multiple phone calls with numerous people that day. Finally, my husband had to physically go in to their SF branch to get the wire completed. Insane. Now, today, I got notice that an automatic payment tied to my debit card had been denied. And, rightly so, I had recently gotten a new debit card due to suspicious activity on my old card. I went in to pay the payment. I entered in my debit card information. Denied. I re-entered thinking I must have made an error. Denied. I call "Premier Customer Service." I am told that my charges were denied because I had exceeded my daily limit for expenditures on the card which was $5K. I explained that I had only made one purchase on the card today for substantially less than the alleged $5K limit. No explanation. Just continued jerking around by a bank that could give two hoots about an individual depositor without millions in assets in their institution. I will be closing my account. I have had it. I will be looking for nice small, locally owned bank where my business matters and some customer service rep doesn't read from a prepared script and has no ability to answer my questions or solve my problems.
