Not the typical bland structure but one that goes with the theme of "old town." Not only that but love that they allow dogs in this location and have doggie treats for them. They were all very apologetic about everyone having to wait and didn't rush me to just get through the line of customers. At one point while I was waiting, the branch manager came out and apologized to everyone in the waiting area. I'm also still using my Hawaii license and they have never given me a problem because of it. The tellers are so friendly, which is a serious rarity these days! They legitimately want to help you out. The building is also gorgeous and it's very clean, but not so much so to make it uninviting. It is also very conveniently located, with standard bank hours. The only qualms I would have with the bank is the tiny parking lot and the location of the ATM. I wish the ATM was at the front, rather than the side, because it would make it less awkward in my opinion. The lot is really cramped and can get full quickly during peak hours but there are still a good number of stalls. I've never used the drive thru teller or ATM before so I can't comment on those, but they generally seem to operate quickly.

Even though the teller showed me the bill counting machine add up to the right amount, something happened in between that moment, and her passing me the pile of cash along with two envelopes. I'm not saying it was on purpose, but I'm never coming back here again without counting the cash as I stand there and make them wait.

I recently had a CD mature there and wanted to redeem it and deposit the funds into the checking account there. Very simple -- right? No so fast !! As I am disabled, I called them in advance to ask them the easiest way to redeem the CD. The answer: there is no easy way. There are five pages of documents and disclosures to sign and they told me (rather rudely) it all had to be done in person and in the branch. They would not even mail, fax or e-mail them to me in advance to read. No exceptions !!! We have already changed a couple of accounts to the M & T office two blocks away where they seem to appreciate their customers. I would suggest the same for others. Or even better go to your local credit union.

Upon arrival, there were no TD Bank employees behind the counter, just one locked in a glass office that wouldn't come out. After waiting 10 minutes, someone eventually came out from another room. They then took another 20 minutes to add another signatory to the business account, but while doing so wrote that person's social security number, email, phone and name on a piece of paper that they then threw into the trash rather than shred or return. This is a unprofessional bank branch where they spend more time talking to friends than handling customers. AVOID! (The United Bank just across King Street has GREAT customer service, go there instead!)
