The tenant living had moved out and his brother was living there for the past six months with no rental income being produced. So you kind of get the feel where this is going right... Thinking the seller would like to get something going a cash offer was the way to go. The I investor hit up several banks with little luck. ASB has deep roots in Abilene and does not package and sell of mortgages the investor met with the loan department, secured the cash to close the deal at a price that that both parties agreed to. Closed in less that seven days. I'd like a few more deal like that..

They are not customer friendly, new members services are limited and they are bureaucratic to a fault. Tried to make a mobile deposit, checked the box on the back of the check for mobile deposit and it was rejected. They said I had to write it on the check. Note, First Abilene FCU has the same box on their checks.
