I am reviewing the HAIR salon portion of Charmed. I left this Salon with uneven colored highlights that are a half an inch below my roots, a choppy, crooked haircut, and chemical burns from BROWN hair dye (that's outrageous). The hair style that we agreed upon is no where near what I left with. I actually have several untoned brassy colors clashing throughout my hair now. One of the owners encouraged me to allow the same stylist that messed up my hair to try again a second time because "she does good work, that is why they hired her." The second time compromised the health of my hair and scalp and my hair is absolutely embarrassing. Several consultations from other reputable salons later, my hair cannot be touched for at least three weeks and the chemical burns were confirmed. Such a disappointment. The owner of the salon gave me two small packets of deep conditioner and sent me on my way with a partial refund.. I am now having to pay for opalex and deep conditioning treatments at another salon as they prepare to fix my hair in three weeks. If you're looking for great color and a wonderful experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The stylist was Loren. read more

5+ STARS BEST day ever! It is obvious that Charmed Salon Spa puts a lot of effort, concern and training into ensuring that your spa day is relaxing, perfect and memorable. They are indeed a class act. I was treated to the "Charm Yourself - Ultimate Spa Package" and it by far exceeded my expectations and is the best 5 hours anyone could dream of. Their genuine concern to even the little details are amazing. The body polish salt scrub was heavenly and I highly recommend it. The entire staff was professional and so very personable. Love, Love everything about this salon! From the hip/upscale environment, wonderful shampoo, and fantastic stylist. I have driven to Van Micheals to get top notch hair color and styling for the last time. Loren is absolutely a pro. I love coppery reds with a hint of chocolate (sometimes) and have found less than a handful of stylist that can achieve this look. I also have pretty severe scalp psoriasis and didn't have any additional irritation . My sister is a blonde and her hair is amazing too! Can't wait to try their spa services. read more

Charmed Salon is a treasure in the east metro Atlanta area. The atmosphere is upscale and the stylists are excellent. I have been getting my hair colored and cut there since they opened and have never been disappointed. The service and products are high end. My stylist, Ashley, always listens to what I want and I always leave loving my hair! My three children also get their hair cut at Charmed (elementary to college aged) and have used the other stylists. We have never been disappointed. I would recommend their salon to anyone!! read more
