Picked up a 2026 4Runner for five days and everything went uneventful throughout the pick-up and drop-off process. In fact, this was the cleanest Budget Rental office I've seen in over 25 years. Our staff person, (Gary) was helpful, knowledgeable about his inventory and product with an excellent attitude and personality. Wife and I felt quite comfortable doing business there and will definitely use them again.

The customer service my sister and I experienced today when coming to pick up a rental car that was reserved last night was more than uncalled for. The lady behind the counter was rude to my sister when she asked for her confirmation number. My sister read a number to her off the confirmation email and the lady interrupted her and say ' NO! no! That's not right one. it doesn't start with that number. You're in the wrong location. You should be on the other end of the of the street.' My sister then asked if someone could drive us to the correct location (just a few miles down the street) and the lady behind the counter then quite rudely said 'no. We aren't a shuttle service. You'll have to get your own ride (immediately after our Uber driver had just dropped us off there.) Then, a couple mins later, I asked where the restroom was. Same lady, again, rudely said 'we don't have public bathrooms.' It isn't like we just walked in off the street! We are paying customers who have ALREADY paid the company for a rental car! What damn business doesn't have a restroom for patrons? Then, the porter starting playing offensive & disrespectful music with vulgar language as loud as his phone could play it. I looked him dead in the eyes and shook my head as soon as the words 'Fuck you' were spoken in the song. He then turned the song off! These two individuals have little to NO respect for the paying customer and their customer service definitely needs more training. Piss poor reflection of Budget rent a car!

It was a bit dirty on the inside, almost looked as if I picked someone's personal car. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Rented here since it was the most convenient location for me. And then I read the reviews, had a panic attack and almost cancelled. But it was convenient and so I decided to keep it. I show up right at 8AM, when the counter is supposed to be open. No one there. Panic starts to come back and 10 minutes later so does the Hertz lady. I think Erica was her name and she's awesome. She kindly tells me she had just parked my rental, and it was the style I was looking for. I got in the driver's seat and left shortly after. SMOOTH. Why not 5 stars? There were supposed to be 2 staff people and the other guy was late. He was the one who was supposed to fill the gas tank since she (the one who showed up to work on time) had to stay at the counter. I was fine with that and took the car without any gas penalty. Big thanks to Erica for making this a smooth rental.

They wanted me to go with them but there was no room in the car so my mom convinced me to look for a place to rent a van. I seriously didn't think I was going to find anything reasonable let alone someone who would have a van on an hours notice. I first called Enterprise and they were closed on a Saturday . They said the only location that was open was the one in the airport. I called a Hertz and they wanted around $160.00 and the miles were not unlimited. Then I finally called Avis who not only had a van ready but the price was reasonable. It was a little over $100.00 with unlimited miles. The van seated 7 people and there was even a camera in the back of the van where you can see as you are backing out. It was nice and clean too. They also let us return it on a Sunday where other places didn't allow a Sunday drop off. My husband decided to drop it off on Monday since it was his day off and they were nice enough to give him a ride back home. I would definitely want to use them again!

From our pickup at the airport to the downtown area for the simple wedding arrangements to a great photo op at the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign to the drop off at our hotel. everything went perfectly! Sümbüle was caring, compassionate, charming and most accommodating in every way. She looked after us as if we were family to her. I'm so glad that I didn't have to drive or find parking. She was amazing! The next time I come to Las Vegas with friends, I hope I am lucky enough to get her again as our driver and guide!
