They said they had a tight deadline and needed it asap, so we did our best to help them out by ordering custom materials and spending hours creating a custom color match for them. Of course we paid all of the expenses up front to get the materials for them. They ordered several gallons and asked us to send the invoice over, but after 53 days of waiting, they still won't pay their bill. Luckily, we did not ship the products, OR their customer's cabinet door that they sent us to match! Apparently that doesn't matter to Tim Pesce, he stopped taking our calls and hasn't paid his bill. I strongly advise anyone else to AVOID BECO at all costs!!! You cannot trust them!

He took our money, promised he ordered the custom cabinets for our job, and what he installed was garbage from his garage that he tried to pass off as Medallion custom cabinets. After a few weeks of stalling and questions, he finally admitted what he did, of course blamed someone else, and here we sit still with no kitchen after about 8 months. Do yourselves a favor and pick someone else. It's too late for us, but there are so many reputable companies in the area, why go with this sham of a man? We did finally get the cabinets, which are now sitting in our garage. We had to make contact directly with Medallion and insist they be delivered straight to our home. The rest of the work Beco did is so bad. Crooked, warped closet doors, shelves are already peeling, even the door latches and handles are crooked. The paint job is so bad, they didn't even bother to vacuum and painted right over the sanding dust. Tim Pesce couldn't figure out the permit and couldn't answer the questions, my husband had to take over. He even tried to get our HVAC contractor to let him use their license illegally so he could do the HVAC work himself. Disreputable, terrible, terrible work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Having our basement refurbished after a sump pump failure. Obtained estimates from four (4)…read morecontractors for the work. We chose Yeager. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate. He did that and I received another check for the recoverable depreciation on our claim. We highly recommend Adam Yeager and would definitely use him again for any project at our home. Mark & Nancy.

They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. They also fix the bedroom door where it is now fully functional. The work took two days, but they transformed the two bedrooms. The crew was polite and professional. They worked quickly, quietly and with skill. I could not have asked for better. Mr. Grubb was very responsive to emails and quick to address all our concerns. Thank you for the good work.
