Unfortunately we graduated and my fiance was offered a job opportunity back at home so we moved. We have had a hard time finding a place down at home that compares. This complex was pet friendly, the apartments are very clean, well maintained, spacious and affordable. The staff is beyond great, they're always available to talk to, the property grounds are well kept, quiet, and safe. We never once had an issue with our place and the only time we had a small maintenance request, it was handled within the hour. We also miss their workout area and club house. They have pool table, bowflex, three cardio machines and a sauna. Rarely did it ever get busy enough to wait for anything either. The location is great, it's not too far from the University and in a great neighborhood where you're close enough to the city, but partying and noise had never been an issue. The complex is comprised of a pretty even mix of students and working professionals. You're just about a 10 minute walk to Fred Meyer or to Haggen and the park 'n ride is right across the street, so you have plenty of options. This place is rarely vacant, as we were on a waiting list and referred by some friends before first living here. So take a look and if they have a vacancy, take it! You'll thank me later! :)

Leann and Kari are awesome, awesome managers. Nice and friendly and respond to maintenance requests in record time. I never realized just how spoiled I was until I moved away. Location, location, location. Super quiet complex away from the main campus student rentals. I lived here when I was attending WWU and it was great because it was literally a five minute walk to the park and ride. After I was out of school it was nice because it was super easy to get on the freeway to go to work - 1 minute drive to go north on I-5, less than 5 minutes to go south. The apartments themselves are spacious and a great value for the price. I lived in both a two bedroom and a one bedroom and they were both huge! The one bedroom had the largest closet I have ever seen in an apartment, ever. The cabinets/carpet/flooring are all standard apartment fare, nothing special but really well maintained. Washer, dryer, dishwasher included. There's an exercise room in the main building and you can reserve common area in the main building for events.

Lastly if you email them about something they dont care like a junk removal they wont reply, I put 2 work orders and magically when its something they are used to deal with or is friction less then they will reply fast.

Sadly, a couple weeks later my apartment was broken into and robbed. many other apartments had also been robbed. At that point I didn't feel comfortable staying there anymore. Now thankfully, this was before the bedbugs and cockroaches, management agreed to let me out of the lease and I left. It honestly sounds like it's gotten much worse since 2005.

We love to live on Burnaby Centre apartments, the management office are great people, super…read morefriendly and helpful, each time either I call over the phone or go in person they ( Amy and Deanna) always greet me with so much joy and anything that we need they always deal with the situation the same day, something that we never experienced in other buildings before, the experience we have is as been in a hotel because we don't have to worry for anything, we feel comfortable to ask for any help because we know how they are always willing to help , we see them as friends and sometimes we like to bring something as a thank you for their great service. The building is so clean and nice, never seen cockroaches ( we guess it depends how clean people are) the views are amazing and the staff are always updating us for any construction work or noise and always letting us know about new rules, specially during this difficult times of the pandemic, we always have the feeling that they care about us as people, as humans and not just tenants. We are so happy here, we are not planning to move from here because it'll be hard to find an equal or better place than here and we thank them for their amazing job they do, we couldn't be any happier and we strongly recommend it, the price for the apartments are so right for the apartment spaces plus amenities ( gym, beautiful swimming pool and sauna) and amazing views.
