The new battery was a dud that only lasted a little over 2 months by cutting the yard three times. When calling them up they informed me they couldn't do anything because the battery warranty was three months and I was over by a few days when I called. They never even informed me that when I got the lawn mower back from them. Very suspicious work and replacement parts. I won't be doing any more business with them or recommend other to trust their repairs.

The team executed perfectly on the idea and delivered the table below with the black epoxy section. I loved it. After about 3-4 months in the dry office environment with a large window providing direct sunlight, the table cupped (warped) and the surface was too uneven. I reached out to Andrew and sent a picture or two, and his FIRST response was, "We will get it fixed up for you, no problem." They picked up the slab in a few days and made a completely new table at no cost. As you can see, it is also beautiful. We couldn't save the first table slab, but it was too beautiful to waste, so we were able to repurpose a section of it into an entryway table that I needed anyway. With the kind of customer service I received, I will definitely be a return customer again.

I love to poke around in there because I never know what they'll have - will it be something new or something my grandad used? They definitely have old fashioned candy, that really takes me back to my childhood. This is the only place we go for live bait. Today they had big gold fish, and bass minnows and of course night crawlers. We bought some of each for our trip to New River. Now, you can buy worms at the big stores, but I consider those "store bought city worms". Betty's has big juicy, active, crawlers! I won't touch them because I'm a scream waiting to happen and they are VERY writhe-y. My husband is not fond of my squeals shattering the peace and he jumps a mile which gets me hysterical. Betty's will have everything you might need for fishing and hunting. Do you know what else they have? Two old fashioned Marathon gas pumps and the ringing hose that you drive over. Someone pulled up and a nice woman jumped up and went outside. I heard the man tell her, "I can do it Tammy". She was fully prepared to pump his gas!!
