They bring out a paper-menu and a pencil, you simply fill in how many orders you want, Trompo tacos are singles, though. Been eating here since I can remember, not much has changed inside. And the food is just stellar every time. Trompo is super tender and full of flavor, authentic. Red salsa and limes are a must. I also order the "Bistec con Queso" a sort of Philly-cheese taco without the peppers. It is phenomenal! Seasoning on point, cheese is rich and creamy. And the tortilla is the star of the show, honestly. You can put any meat on those tortillas and you'll have a beautiful taco. They Aldo have tostadas, beans, and have Mexican Coca-Cola and a variety of Topo- Chico flavors. They have great pico de gallo and salsas. I recommend for people to try their Cebolla Preparada, which is red onion with some chile mixture (can't remember the name of the chile at the time) They are new to the area & don't know much about social media.
