Firstly, the food - as mentioned above, the food is atrocious, my cheese was burned on both occasions. How do you burn cheese on a pizza? The staff: granted, a couple of them are very friendly people. However this is far overshadowed by the utterly disgusting attitudes of the majority of them. I actually live a couple of doors down from Pizza Hut and I have private parking. On more than one occasion all our spaces were taken up by the staff, resulting in numerous complaints. I've been given the middle finger, been woken at 22:30 by a couple of workers blasting music from their cars and I even received a police caution because I lost my temper and told one particular problem worker that he absolutely had to stop taking my parking space - he has since had a disciplinary but now seems to find it funny to park (quite literally, not on the road outside it) on my doorstep. I simply cannot wait for this place to go under, it's caused nothing but hell, and I'd never go there again, the food or attitude simply isn't worth it.

However, if you do like KFC, then you might want to check out this small chain. I appreciate that the chain is not countrywide but, if you do come accross one, it would be well worth a visit. It looks like it started as a blatant attempt to muscle in on KFC's business but, over time, it has developed its own identity. The range is not as great as KFC though it is increasing all the time but, the chicken seems less greasy and, in my opinion (however humble that may be) it tastes far better. Go on. Give it a go - what have you got to lose?

But on the other hand, this shop is down a very dodgy road in clacton so be careful when it is dark. Not so long ago there was a stabbing in front of this shop which makes me very wary to buy from here. But if you went here on a hot day, after going to the beach or something I don't see why not. The toilets are quite unacceptable, the gents has a very low pressure of water at the basin which results in a trickle of cold (no Hot) water barely enough to wash your hands, and the floor is more like going for a paddle! This I have experienced on more than one occasion. I addressed my concerns to the female manager, she responded with being too busy and not enough staff to clean. I tried to continue my conversation with her and she turned her back on me refusing to discuss the lack of basin water, let alone no hot running water or soap! Clearly there is a lack of proper management /front of house This restaurant is a heath hazard, it needs some investment in a complete makeover inside and outside, I don't even want to think about what the customer doesn't see in the kitchens etc!
