The patty was marinated, tender and very well seasoned. The grilling really added a highlight to the flavor. I had mine with lettuce, cheese, and bacon. You can also order yours with pickles and onions if you'd like. They're included in the order as well, I just don't prefer them. Oh, and their fries are excellent. Nice and crispy with a great seasoning blend on them. They have sweet potato fries as well, which I'll have to try next time. They also had a few different types of cake I'd like to try too. Overall, this was a great place to visit and we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend folks come by and give it a shot themselves.

Douglass High School is across the street, and I'm sure that's why they have a limited menu. I went with the Philly Cheesesteak and fried okra. Both were pretty great. The cheesesteak is tender with all the right flavors. I loved they didn't drown it with cheese, and thumbs up for going with provolone over whiz. As to the okra - there's not a lot of fresh okra available this time of year, but if it was frozen it did not taste like it. Just the perfect amount of batter and well salted. I enjoyed visiting with the owner. Super nice guy, and really seems to care about serving good food. Please, please visit soon. This is one of those neat little places that needs traffic. One kids sandwich was plain, the other had mayo lettuce and tomato on it and guess what, my kid wouldn't eat it, she picked a few pieces of ham out and pushed the rest away. The cheese on the Italian sub was extremely bitter and made the sandwich hard to enjoy My husband didn't really care for his BLT, he said it was bitter, I'm not sure why because he didn't have cheese. I asked what was in the display case and she said "edible cookie dough". Didn't ask if we'd like to add to the order or sample, just finished ringing us up. I think Jersey mikes tastes better, definitely less bitter, I might try one more time, but I didn't appreciate my kids sub being made wrong. Originally gave 3 stars but dropped it to two because they also didn't give us the cookies we ordered with our kid's meals.

There was no toilet paper and there was feces on the toilet seat. The floors are dirty throughout the restaurant. The food was ready when I returned. The fries did not even have a sprinkle of salt on them. The catfish crush/breading was burnt, extra extra crispy. The first piece was over cooked. The second piece wasn't cooked all the way and had a salt water weird taste. The fish was visibly transparent, so raw. My husband and I looked at it was like no thank you and we left it on the plate. All in all, I would not come back here, but hey you may have better luck.
