Terrible experience with Huntington Bank. I disputed a charge on my account that was a mistake. I…read moreprovided the proof (2 e-mails showing the promised credit from the business that did it) to the bank immediately. I was credited the amount until the case was resolved. A few weeks later Huntington sent me a letter stating that the case had been investigated (it had not), they had failed to receive any documents (they had), and they had taken out the amount they had previously credited me and closed the case (All without so much as a phone call).I gave them over a week and half to do SOMETHING and they did NOTHING. Chelsea was the Mgr I worked with. Other than repeating that there was nothing she could do (she could have put a credit from petty cash into my account until it was resolved) and that I just had to WAIT until someone else got around to doing their job and fix their mistakes. Awful experience and poor management. I gave Huntington numerous opportunities to do service recovery, but was left with no choice but to close my accounts and sever all ties with them. I contacted the Regional Mgr Dave, but have yet to get a response to my message. Stay away from Huntington Bank!!!!
