We received a 100+ page report that was incredibly thorough, detailed, and eye-opening. He caught things our original inspector completely missed, and we were blown away by the level of insight and professionalism. His team was fantastic to work with--knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us protect our home. They didn't just inspect; they went to bat for us against our builder (D.R. Horton), and gave us the confidence and documentation we needed to push back on unresolved issues. If you're serious about knowing what's really going on with your home--especially a new build--Knowles is the inspector you want in your corner. I work a few businesses down from Citrus Fresh and every time I passed one of their employees in…read morethe parking lot or on my way to the dumpster, they've always been super friendy. Friendly to the point that it's not hard to tell that they love their job and who they work for. Speaking of management, I've seen owner, Greg working hard and getting dirty almost every day. To me, seeing the owner physically work just as hard as everyone else definitely earns major points in my book. But... Behind every great man is a great woman... I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Mary who also runs the business and she was the nicest and most thankful person ever. She even had her dog Sadie there. Sadie was a cutie and so sweet. With that said, I have a puppy and unfortunately she urinated on my couch. I did everything to try to clean the cushion. I even spent $250 on a Bissell carpet/ upholstery cleaner. I used many cleaners, including oxy and pet urine specific ones. But nothing worked because the urine was deep inside the cushion. Luckily, I brought my cushion to Carpet Fresh and they literally saved me from buying a new couch. I don't know what their process is, but I do know they injected the cushion in combination with a few other cleaning methods. When I picked up my cushion, it had a pretty heavy citrus scent, but luckily it went away after a few days. So between my cushion no longer smelling like urine and their survice not costing an arm and a leg, I couldn't be happier. Lastly, when I dropped of my cushion, I dealt with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He is a great representation of what the company is about. I'm very thankful that I gave Citrus Fresh a chance and I will not hesitate to contact them for all my future carpet/ upholstery and other cleaning needs.

I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. Very crappy and sketchy customer service.

Ledfords uses Termidor HE (Soil applied Termicide) and Bora-Care (Lumber) products as part of their termite treatments for construction treatments. These are currently the best two products being used in the market across the country. Since, I began working for Saussy Burbank, I found the staff and technicians at Ledfords Termite & Pest control to be highly professional, attentive, and well trained in all aspects of their job functions. From Scheduling, to obtaining documentation, to having the technicians perform the work, it all "Flows like a well oiled machine". Having the work done and obtaining the documentation for up coming closing in a timely manner is very important and Ledford's is exceptionally thorough. Both Billy Wingate and his employee (who was soon after released) admitted fault. Even after admitting that a faulty test procedure was the cause, he refused to replace the appliances damaged during the process, claiming that he didn't know for sure that they were working prior to his install (). She would not be spending 16,000 dollars on a generator if appliances did not work. We withheld partial payment of approximately $2600, a far cry from the eventual $5000 plus to replace the damaged appliances. He subsequently filed a mechanics lien against my 80 year old mother. Billy was beyond rude to me. He was arrogant, condescending and unprofessional. If you do a little research into past reviews, you will see others have had the same experience. Our annual inspections have consistently been thorough and included the attic and crawlspace, and the tech has always explained issues and potential remedies to us following the inspection (e.g. pinhole leaks in old copper plumbing, wood rot on exterior door frame, etc.). We signed the contract with Defense, and treatment was applied. What followed were a slew of problems: (1) During each follow-up visit, they don't check our house thoroughly like other exterminators do. They just walk through our house for five minutes and call it a day, whereas other exterminators would move the furniture around, climb up the attic, and actually CHECK for termites. (2) It was so difficult to schedule an appointment with them. Monday? Nah, they're off. Saturday? Oh, they're off half a day. What about this day? Sorry, it's Cinco de Mayo. It's so frustrating because they have plenty of people working for them, yet they took off on the most trivial days. (3) Infestation began even after treatment... I understand that treatment is just a preventative measure and not a guarantee to ward off termites. But we were the ones to discover the horror scene that was infesting our walls. If they had thoroughly checked our house during the follow-up visits, they would have caught it much sooner. (4) They were reluctant to come and even said that it was not their responsibility to alleviate the infestation! But after we argued with them, they finally agreed and came. After they scoped the situation, they told us that not only did they treat the usual spots but also areas where they had overlooked. This is very telling that they made a mistake, yet they won't own up to it. Hopefully they take our review into consideration and improve their operations so that others who have a contract with them won't be subjected to the same problem as we did. We would not recommend Defense and encourage everyone to seek elsewhere to have their treatment and booster done.
