I filed a complaint with: local police, FBI, FTC, State Attorney General and FINRA. What I found is we consumers have little recourse against this sort of behavior. I nearly lost my home. I was literally an hour away from losing my home. They released my assets just in time. Apparently I wasn't a criminal after all. I met with an attorney. He said the first thing he tells his client is to get out of Fidelity. He said they do this sort of thing all the time. Coincidentally I talked with a local real estate agent who said his granddad left him a small sum of money. 3 years later and Fidelity still hasn't released the funds.

He clearly stated that he would call me back by the end of the day. Two days later, I still hadn't heard from him. When I called back, I was told that the loan application was switched to somebody else. They wound up denying me because they did not consider my substitute teaching income as valid! I've been a substitute teacher for Tulsa Public Schools for over five years. Pathetic, Oklahoma Central Credit Union! Discriminating against public school teachers! Pathetic!
