I followed their recommendation and paid off the accounts hoping to finally see results, but even after doing that, I still did not receive any meaningful improvement. Instead of offering a faster or more effective solution, they placed me into a monthly payment program and kept telling me to wait. Communication was also very slow, especially from the owner, who would take a long time to respond to my messages and concerns. During the entire process, they claimed they filed disputes multiple times, but I never saw any positive results. In fact, my credit situation became worse instead of improving.
