Still waiting on a tow bill to be paid as my policy covers it. It has been two months and counting. Emailed the info three times and called their office six times about it. They start screening your calls and won't return one at all. Incompetent is not a harsh enough word to describe this office, but trying to keep it clean on the review.

I called to cancel, was routed to a central office where a rude woman took my info and finally thanked me for 57 years with Allstate. I've gone with Indiana Farmers for better coverage, less money and friendly attentive service
