In fact, he even had me doing some of the leg work for him because he claimed to be so very busy, and still, one month later, nothing was done. His communication skills are terrible, among other things. He doesn't meet his own deadlines, he'll actively ignore phone calls and text messages, and when you do get him on the phone he'll fill the conversation with superfluous nonsense to distract you from his lack of productivity. If I could give zero stars, or even negative stars, I surely would.

My first piece of advice is if you can avoid hiring attorney, please do it. Do your best to not be…read morecontrolled by your emotions and to settle your case without the need of an attorney. The court system is inefficient & unjust. That being said, if you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing to hire an attorney the absolute best you can find are Brian Perskin and his team, especially Evan Seckular. Throughout my case, I was managed & handled by them in a way I first fought against, (because I thought I knew everything) but in the end I came to realize the advice they were giving me was in my long term best interest. With Brian Perskin you don't a single attorney working on your case, you get a true team that works together to achieve your ultimate goal. The advantage in having a team like them can not be understated. If you hire a sole practitioner, they will undoubtably be too over worked to give your case the attention it deserves. Some of the time I hated what they had to tell me. Eventually I had to learn to accept that they are the experts here. You don't storm into the cockpit and tell a pilot how to fly a plane. Don't argue with your attorney about his strategy for your case. It might be hard to believe given the slew of shoddy attorneys our there, but Brian & Evan will bust their collective asses to see your interests are looked out for during the entirety of your case. It might not be in the timeframe or manner you expect it to be, but they 100% without a doubt know what they are doing and you need to accept that (personally that was my most difficult struggle.) I hope you can learn from my mistakes and listen to their advice without unnecessary struggle. By the time the dust settled and the final order was signed, they were right. Looking back on my case, they managed me and my case every step of the way and at the end of my case, I received more than I was willing to settle for when the case started. Isn't that what they are hired to do? If after your initial consultation with Brian and/or Evan, you have any questions, please ask them for my contact info. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have
