I came in and was greeted by August, who was very nice. He took my information and told me that someone would be in touch. When I came back for my evaluation, I met with Neil. Neil was very nice. Neil took time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable, and he even accommodated my germiphobia! He will stop me, however, when I go too far with it! Lol! I was able to get an initial appoint right away. They even have transportation if you have no one to bring you for therapy, and the drivers are very friendly as well. They also work with you if you need to change your appointment to be sure you get your therapy in as ordered by your doctor.
