They will ask you what your budget is and find you some well within your perice range. They have made my children comfortable about visiting the opticians and made it a game when they were very little. they have books suitalbe for the little one to look at whist they are waiting to be seen.

I was told that they would prepare a letter, that I should have it stamped by customs and sent for the refund. I did this and in addition sent an email with a picture of the customs stamped form. I have sent almost weekly emails asking for the promised refund, and have not heard from them in months. I cannot recommend an establishment that lies to the customer. I will explore other avenues to try and get my duly owed refund. Buyer beware!

The sales lady told me that if I wanted to see anything, to let her know and she'd "get it." I must have misunderstood because the glasses were all out in the open and when she disappeared for a bit, I picked up a pair and looked for a mirror. She came out and SCOLDED me, like, actually scolded me. She said, "I TOLD you not to touch them, I TOLD you. I SAID I would get them" and she just kept ridiculing me! I couldn't believe it. So I said, "Fine, you know what? I don't want to try them anymore." And she said "FINE" and followed me out to make sure I left. PSYCHO. Their frames didn't even feel well-made, so I'm not sure why she was so anal about them. Then I went across the street to Hoet and spent $900 on a new pair of glasses. Go to Hoet, do NOT give your business to Lucas.
