Current rep tries to get the supply dept to respond and they rarely do. When they do it is delayed and they end up sending the wrong supplies anyway. When supplies are shipped they are the wrong size or wrong quantity. I have screen shots and receipts for all of this. For the last year and a half they have yet to get our needed supplies, and in the rare case that they do arrive it's either not on a timely basis or a product is the wrong size again. Texts, calls, emails to them ten fold plus to correct and still wrong. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they are supposed to be supplying my medically fragile child with his needed and insurance-approved supplies. Don't use this company. I had been lifting 5 days a week and playing basketball 1-2 days a week. I had never had a previous serious injury, nor had I been to PT.
