Whitney, at the front desk, is the heart of the operation. She knows everything and will try her best to get you in. HOWEVER, there are not enough appointments here and it can be tough to get a slot. The billing system seems like a mess. Early on, I paid by cash a few times (big mistake) and it took weeks to iron out what I owed. Then, later, I was randomly charged $100 I didn't owe. These are great folks, but they need a new billing system. Okay, money stuff done. Jen Duffie is an exceptional physical therapist. She helped me in my very worst moments; when I was dealing with excruciating pain. She's encouraging and non-judgmental. I've also been treated by Ashley Crain, as well at PTAS Jenny and Emily.
