The office is equipped to handle some procedures and it is well worth the drive from Michigan. I recommended Dr. Thalia to my college age daughter and she really felt comfortable talking to her and felt that her medical care was excellent. This was recommended by a friend who works in the medical profession. Great practice. very clean and comfortable office and rooms. I never felt rushed and appreciated being listened to and cared for in such a kind professional manner.

Sees pregnant women and can use the Webster technique, also sees babies and kids. We love coming here and have recommended it to many of my friends, pregnant and non pregnant. She's great at showing stretches and things to do at home to help you feel better. Highly recommend coming here if you like feeling better!

I went ahead and made an appointment anyway because my back was really hurting me. When I came in and was waiting to be seen I could hear the doctor talking very rudely about patients. I thought this was very unprofessional and did not sit well with me. I decided to go ahead and leave because I felt so uncomfortable and wondered what she would say about me behind my back? I am very disappointed that it did not work out, but there are plenty of other more professional and friendly chiropractors around the area.

They had patience and took all the time necessary to answer questions or concerns. Laurie, one of the nurses was exceptional. She went out of her to assist me to the very end, walking up to the front desk to help me get all future appointments scheduled so I fully understood the next step. My situation is rather complicated but the staff at this clinic made it so much more manageable. That you all so very much. I have already recommended you to others I know.

She is a fast thinker. She researches a drug's history, to see if that drug is compatible to you..I have gained so much knowledge from her..I always look forward to seeing her, it's not a 'dread' thing..We have laughed and talked and shared family stories over the years...I am so glad she is much younger than me, because I can't imagine my healthcare being in anyone else's hands, let-alone better hands. She has been my dr since 1999. She's one of the busiest drs I've ever known. I can't praise her enough, I can't thank her enough...it would take a book.

Let me start out by saying that I never write negative reviews because until now I've never felt…read morethe need to warn people about how I have been treated by this doctors office... I have gone to Dr. Galanes since I was a little girl and continued to follow her from doctors office to doctors office like a loyal patient (even after moving out of town). I was always happy with Dr. Galanes and just tried to look past how rude the staff is there. Today is Tuesday and I received a voicemail saying "just to let you know you have an appointment scheduled this Friday and unfortunately we are going to need to cancel that appointment. It looks like you are actually being dismissed from our practice. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 335-8500 thank you..." I, of course, called after being told I can no longer go to the same doctor anymore and was told well that would mean I can't get my prescription refilled and I immediately am done taking the same medicine I've been taking since high school and I need to find a different doctor... pretty much saying I'm not their problem anymore! After back and fourth phone calls all day and different stories as to how they came to this decision. I pretty much found out the office got audited in some way because of prescription they have been prescribing (I'm guessing the wrong way) and now pretty much are just going to get rid of the patients they must have messed up the paperwork on. The whole situation is very strange to me and I just want to warn any future possible patients to please reconsider because this office only thinks of you as a number and not a person anymore. They will try anything to put the blame on you whenever they mess anything up...

Was recommended by a friend to come to McDonald for a herniated disc in my lower back and it was…read morefantastic! On day one, everything was clearly explained and I was shown the facility and how they operate before my evaluation was done. Then a plan was made for my rehab and I began coming 2-3 times a week. After about 4-5 sessions, they sent me to Fran, who started the practice, because I wasn't making the progress they hoped and they said they said the tougher cases his way given his experience. I worked with Fran and David religiously to try and get back to a functional state(I was in such pain that I was not able to work much or be active as I normally am). It took quite some time for me to become pain free and back to everything I do but I've gotten there. What is more important than anything though is that the environment at McDonald PT is so friendly and fun. I was there so long I met at least 15 different employees through passing or directly working with them if they were covering for Fran being out of town(Mary, Chad, Ryan, Tara, Elyse, Jennifer, Steven, Piper, etc). They were ALL so nice, helpful and there is a genuine care for the healing of the person. I am very glad to be done with PT but there is a part of miss that does miss the routine of going in and seeing everyone who were always a joy to see. I will absolutely return here if and when I have another injury!

I had a great experience with my physical therapists, Chad and Ricardo. These guys were super…read moreattentive and helpful. I am impressed by the level of care I received. They even helped me to understand what my next steps are beyond my time in therapy. Thank you to Chad and Ricardo, I am healing better and faster than I could have imagined. It is clear to me that this place delivers consistent and high quality care for its patients... as long as they fit a certain expectation. Unfortunately, my experience here is tainted by the way the front office staff treated my friend. I will let my friend speak for herself. I am attaching a photo of a review she submitted on Indeed.com. That review was not accepted, presumably because the business didn't want to post it on their Indeed page. Please read that attached review before finishing this review. When I asked the other front staff where my friend was, they tried to lie to me! Renee told me that she was not fired but instead that she chose to not work there. I am a white male so I am not surprised that my personal experience as a physical therapy patient was better than others' experiences here. Additionally, I believe that creating a hostile environment for a pregnant woman is directly contradictory to the role of physical therapists. I sincerely hope, for the health of future patients and workers, that this office addresses its deep rooted issues. The front staff at McDonald's Physical Therapy is discriminatory and dishonest. And they aren't even the people doing the real therapy work! How petty.
