It was Our last day in Mexico City, and we were
Leaving at 4am to the airport. We grabbed some scrumptious truffles, small filled hard candy balls, and chocolate covered coffee beans. It was def cacao.
Per Belgium standards, I think it has to be 63% cacao to be called chocolate; not milk chocolate (think of a Toblerone). Don't get me wrong, I like a Toblerone, but I'm a dark chocolate guy ever since I hit my 1st Belgium Chocolatier's shop.
