First off the woman who answered the call was not very friendly, seem to irrated she had to answer the phone. Her tone bordered on rude and she was irrated that she could not hear me well. I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish. This review is not exaggerated or embellished in any way. I urge you to avoid Bob Green siding

Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction are absent. They made an agreement with my ex-wife on some gutters during the roof replacement I authorized. I was not asked nor told about this arrangement. I said several times only what insurance covers. During this entire process Charles harassed my ex-wife for payment checks from the insurance company and then the insurance adjuster to the point that the insurance company detective called me as the uninvolved third party to warm me about Charles toxic behavior towards my ex-wife. In the end all the insurance checks got to Shoreline, despite Charles harassment. His issue was they were sent via USPS and not UPS by the insurance company, something we had no control over. His greed and avarice far outweigh anything I've dealt with in dealing with simple tradesmen. He makes the experience truly exhausting and makes you regret every single moment. CHARLES wrote and picked out 16 photos and told me if I posted that positive review that he would knock off the extra cost $2500 of the gutters if I paid the $2000 my exwife had stiffed them on. I agreed, again foolishly verbal. I left the reviews and paid the invoice sent to $0. Months passed with no issues. 2 days before CHRISTMAS, I get a new invoice with the $2500 on it. I remind him of the verbal and he goes quiet again. Now it's New Year's Eve, both times we spend with our families, and this guy send the invoice again. Literally on the holidays. Despite a verbal agreement that both he AND Matt the owner were on the phone for. I said fine, money is tight and I'll pay the $2500 but you're not getting positive reviews. He writes the positive reviews and sends you photos and tells you to post exactly what he sends you. Charles Owens specifically, and Shoreline Exteriors by extension, do not act in good faith and will harass you, create toxicity, and break verbal agreements with you all in an effort to make a few extra bucks dishonestly.

When my mother needed some work done on her rental property, I referred her to him. Long story short, Garry was less than reliable while completing the work for my mother. He was late several times when they were scheduled to meet at the property and although she spent more than 2k with him, he wanted to charge her an additional $150 to repair a gap between the tile and baseboard that was very obvious when he had finished the job. While he admitted that he would not want something like that in his own home when asked, he refused to fix it without the additional charge. Really??? I find that ridiculous. What happened to customer service? No more referrals for this company.

From the start I was very impressed with Broad Creek. The owner Jimmy came out to do the initial estimate, which was by far the most reasonable. From the moment the contract was signed, to the completion of the job, I was more than satisfied with the experience! If there were any concerns or worries, they were quickly addressed. Between the owners, Jimmy and Michelle and their secretary Stephanie, the whole project went smoothly. The professionalism and care of the company and their staff made the experience free from the usual stress! The results were beautiful, and I would highly recommend this company.

The owner rarely showed up to the job site which resulted in numerous times they would have to come out and redo projects. They specifically told my wife and me during the original meeting that they do all the work and do not sub contract any work out other than electrical and plumbing. This was another lie which resulted in poor workmanship and or the job being done unsatisfactory and them having to come back out yet again to redo the work order. Going on 2 yrs and the owner refuses to answer his phone and will not call back to finish the job when they have been fully paid.

He listened to me, asked me to send over pictures and he wld call me back in a few days. Well he called me back as promised with two solutions that did not involve me replacing all or most of the siding for a money grab. He said 1st he wanted to come and pick up the piece and try to color match it and option #1 was to use the color matched piece and then repair or #2: take a piece of siding from another place on the house and put the new "color matched" piece in its place. That way the color matched piece wldnt stand out. Option 2 and thank you! Well within two days and no fuss to me-it was repaired and my home no longer looks negelected. Thank you Mr. Richmond-your kindness and patience with this damsel in distress helped make a stressful situation go away.
