I am so impressed with the level of service from LloydWinter. Greg Williams spent time with me…read moretoday to assess a potential case. He was thorough, straight forward and supportive in the discussion. I think lawyers often times get a bad reputation for just taking money, but it's clear that Greg is an attorney with integrity! I highly recommend working with this firm and Greg specificially!

It's interesting how LloydWinter, P.C. proudly advertises the following on their website: "LloydWinter, P.C. will fight for your best interests and won't force you to settle outside of court if it's not in your best interest. In your time of urgent need, we offer aggressive litigation experience with a proven track record of success. When a dispute arises, our attorneys provide wise counsel and strong, knowledgeable legal representation." Sounds reassuring, right? Yet when I reached out with a personal injury claim a very basic form of civil litigation I received only a vague, generic email saying they couldn't help, with no real explanation. I followed up with additional details in case they needed more context to consider my case. No response at all. Then, only after I posted an honest review did they suddenly find time to reply publicly to clarify that they don't practice personal injury law. Funny how they couldn't be bothered to communicate that clearly upfront or acknowledge my follow-up, but were quick to jump in to protect their image. If you're looking for a law firm that says one thing on their website and does something else when you actually contact them, LloydWinter, P.C. may be the place for you. For everyone else, I'd recommend finding attorneys who value consistent communication and basic courtesy.

Upon a zoom court hearing unbeknownst to me he already made arrangements with the defensive lawyer to dismiss when I tried to interject that they were stipulations he told me no and I wasn't allowed to speak. Keep in mind during this time he did absolutely nothing besides have a assistant file some paperwork for a court date. On my own I started investigating I retained a copy of the trust which I believe needs to be scrutinized further. So because of that and his very unprofessionalism I fired him. Upon trying to chain some kind of balance out of the retainer I was supplied with the bill they came to $10,000! He kindly said that he was going to dismiss the 3,800 balance out of his kind heart. The fact is he charged me $4,500 to send me copies of the trust that I had personally take you to his office on Palm avenue and had his secretary runoff copies for him.. with that said I have left various emails and messages with no return of course so today I'm going to go to his office and try to confront somebody about his antics and tactics and the way he treats people like s***. So as of now I'm unable to retain a lawyer or look into having a forensic examiner inspect some of signatures. To be honest this ordeal is over my father's trust and I'm on the verge of losing out on three quarters of a million dollars my father left me because of his inabilities and or personal problems he has! this is unacceptable and he has left me desolate. This is how he thanks a disabled veteran. I'll be contacting the bar and see what else I could possibly do. This man has cost me everything including being able to put my father at ease.

Previous to hiring "The…read moreFolland Law Group" to represent me, I had endured a grueling 7 years of custody battles and restraining orders against my ex. Brian was able to confidently represent myself and my children during our trial, ultimately winning our case and allowing my children and I to finally experience peace and a huge sense of relief. Brian displayed exemplary knowledge of family-law during our case; taking the time to explain every step of the process. My family and I thank Brian and his team for the care and dedication shown to my family and I during our case.

I'm having to make the car payments on the car until the car is paid off. There's probably still another $38,000 left on the car. GM won't help me police won't help me. I don't know what to do. My biggest concern is liability on the car. I filled out a form of release for liability through DMV and also another one through Allstate. I don't know what else to do. I'm not saying this is a bad company, but I want to share my experience so others can be cautious…read more I was supposed to inherit my aunt's home, but her will allowed her longtime friend to live there so he'd have a place to stay. A couple of years later, I was contacted by a lawyer because the friend wanted to sell the property. I reached out to Lawvex for help. After paying about $800, I was told the will wasn't clear and that I basically had no rights to the property unless I wanted to challenge it. That would mean involving my siblings and going through another legal process that would cost thousands of dollars. In other words, if I didn't have that kind of money, they couldn't help me. Thank God I listened to His voice and continued to show up to court on my own, even without representation. The judge immediately recognized that I did in fact have rights to the property, and in the end I inherited a portion of the sale. No thanks to Lawvex--thanks to the judge (and God).
