I first encountered a Woof Gang while living in Orlando and fell in love with the shop. All of the…read morefranchises have different owners, but i've always felt like there was consistency across the locations that I was comfortable knowing the service and products I would get whenever walking in. Moving to Chapin, I was pleasantly shocked that there was a Woof Gang right in town. We love it and our big 120+ lb baby loves it too. We don't do regular grooming, he doesn't need it because of the breed and double coat, but every 3 months or so, we'll take him in for a deshedding appointment and they always do a great job. The price is a little higher than what I've heard from other places around here, but to us it's worth it for the convenience of Woof Gang being so close, clean and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

There was a miscommunication with the time of the groomers however my mom still came in anyway and was there. They said because she was not there on time they could not take the dog. Okay, that is fine, that makes sense, what was way out of line was the following actions that were done. They billed the card they had on file without getting the approval to do so. There was not any conversation about any policy that not showing up equals a late fee and my mom did come it was just the wrong time she was not a no-show. If someone does that then the owner of the card can dispute the charge with the card company. We did not even permit them to have a card on file anyway. We have stopped coming here altogether for anything as we are not going to support a business that is not upfront and also communication with the customers before doing something that was not approved of we took our business elsewhere.
