I'm new to Columbia, and I've never had a dog before I got Harry. Griffin Animal Hospital and Dr…read more Callaghan made me feel so welcome and confident to raise this puppy. Excellent service, kind and knowledgeable staff. I was very anxious about raising this puppy on my own but every time I visit Griffin I feel reassured and confident. I had Harry neutered elsewhere, but when I saw him trying to lick his stitches I called Griffin and Dr. Callaghan and company saw me right away - provides a cone and medication at low cost, and checked Harry out to make sure he was OK. I have used their boarding services which were quite cheap ($13 fir the day) and Harry always enjoys being there. Dr. Callaghan is wonderful and enthusiastic and helpful - I wouldn't have anyone else take care of Harry. Same with the staff! Their faculties are clean and modern, very pleasant, and there are kindly resident dogs whom Harry is friends with. Would most definitely recommend, if you want a high quality, responsive, personal, and affordable vet!

I am writing this review now because I went to my new vet(Cat Clinic) the other day and had a wonderful, easy, affordable experience, and it made me write this review. First issue is the never ending "required tests" stool tests, bloodwork, and other things. They make you do them or at least made me every single time I came in regardless of the issue. This of course ran the bill up every single time to around $600-$700 dollars. Second issue was Dr. Griffins attitude. She couldn't be more abrasive if she tried and I always tried to be nice but I always got the feeling she seemed to feel like she was wasting her time talking to me. She was condescending and definitely didn't respect or care about my time. The final straw was when she said she tried to have me bring in another stool sample only two weeks after a prior visit just to get anxiety meds. It's literally 30% a scam to earn extra money. Lastly for example the Cat Clinic for a yearly check up was only $250 with two vaccines, Flea Meds for 2 cats, and anxiety meds. Which is the primary reason for writing this as I do feel I have been overcharged by Griffin for years. The Cat Clinic has never asked for a stool sample and they ask if I'd like to bloodwork which they don't recommend unless there's a concern. Goodluck with Griffin Animal Hospital if you don't believe me.

Grace Animal Hospital (GAH) and…read moretheir Doctors, Staff, Veterinarian Technicians and Customer Service Representatives are by far the best you could ask for. I am so appreciative to Dr. Sonja Akers, Dr. Hunt and Dr. Tim and all the Doctors of GAH. I also want to recognize the Veterinarian Technicians and last but not least the Customer Service Representatives who direct the flow of traffic and ensure all services are provided. It is with a heavy heart that I share this story. Early one morning I discovered my furry family member had been gravely wounded by an attack from and unknown animal in my yard. It was an hour before Grace Animal Hospital began services for the day, but my fur baby needed immediate medical care. I drove her to GAH and did not know what to do as I was in distress myself. I approached a person I now know as Dr. Tim and told him of my emergency and he said to meet the technicians at the front entrance as I was on the side of the building. Before I got to the front door 2 technicians, Miss Jessica and Miss Brittany were there to meet me. Within minutes Dr. Hunt was examining my baby. Unfortunately there was nothing we could as her injuries were too severe and extensive. All who helped that day and all at Grace Animal Hospital exude that type of dedication to all who bring their furry family members to GAH, and all at GAH provide the best possible care that I feel can be provided with compassion and professionalism. A special thank you to Mis Billy Jo and Miss Angela. They always care about all who enter Grace Animal Hospital and their fury family members, and provide them the best service. Thank you all so very much. Marc Edmiston

Upon severing the client relationship with you, they will go so far as to refuse to fill preventative and other medications or to treat your fur family member's chronic health conditions until you can find another vet. Please find another vet. White Knoll is in it for the money. White Knoll does not truly care about the well-being of your pets. White Knoll does not allow their practice to be held accountable by loyal, lucrative clients, and they do not care if you are not happy with poor communication or poor service. Over the past 5 years, I have regularly brought more than 10 pets to them for labwork, annual physicals and vaccinations, illnesses, and surgeries. I trusted them with my furbabies and spent thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money at their practice. In January of 2024 I wrote White Knoll a letter of complaint asking them to address some concerns because of some incidents that I experienced that were not the typical quality of service I had received in the past. In some cases, my concerns were regarding questionable ethics, but the letter isn't the important part of this review, the lack of response to the letter is my concern! I gave White Knoll time to respond and they NEVER did. Afterward, when I reached out needing to bring a pet to them for medical care, they declined service. Likewise, they refuse to refill medications or flea/tick/heartworm prevention for pets who are up to date on everything and have been seen in the past 6 months by their veterinarians as long-standing patients. I would caution you to steer clear of White Knoll Veterinary Hospital on Kyzer Rd, particularly if you consider your pets to be part of the family. I am highly disappointed in the significant decline in quality of service and communication at my former local veterinary practice.

After visually examining him we noticed his back feet and scrotum were severe burned. He also had lesions on his tongue and jowls. He was diagnosed with a severe allergic reaction/Chemical burn. After contacting White Knoll to give them the opportunity to make things right but we're met with a policy disclaimer that states "In our contract it states that despite our best efforts to keep every pet safe, injury sometimes may occur, including scrotal rashes and sore feet." This is hardly a rash and their lack of empathy is astounding. If you care about your pets, do NOT take them to White Knoll Pet Resort.
