While we did not venture beyond the parking lot, I felt the need to share our brief experience with this winery.
Mere minutes after parking and wandering over to an information board next to the parking lot, a winery employee approached us, interrupting our conversation to tell us that we were forbidden from roaming the grounds and that tours were $20 plus $10 for a tasting. The brusqueness of the employee was quite a surprise and suggests to me that the winery may be more interested in collecting tour fees than in creating a pleasant experience.
Normally, a winery might have a small boutique where the public could buy products without going on a tour but this does not seem to be a feature here. read more
