I went back to them, but this time, they told me the problem was with my alloy rim. They did a temporary fix and told me that this would be fine. Also, they told me that if I damage the tyre because of low pressure then I will pay for it. They were even a little rude. A couple of days later the problem came back and I went back to them. This time they told me that rims was not their concern and if I need any help, I would need to pay for it. I went off to another tyres shop who repaired my rim properly and gave me another tyre as the tyre that Nimmings Tyres gave me was a pretty bad one. These guys are dishonest, unprofessional and rude. Please stay away from these people as they will rip you off for anything that they can get their hands on....

I went with their advice and believe I got a great deal...some internet companies could not supply the tyres for what I paid to have them fitted and balanced. I decided to have my new tyres aligned, the computerised wheel alignment system is a serious bit of kit and gave me a before and after readout that even I could understand! The staff their were friendly and helpful, the manager even offered me a temporary tyre for one of mine while I waited for my replacements to be delivered along with a text service to let me know my delivery had come in, I have to say I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend Addison, I won't be going elsewhere in future.

This is a fantastic garage. Whenever I have called up to book my car in for a service or MOT I have…read morenever had a problem booking in. The lady who works in the reception office is an angel! She keeps the boys in the garage in check and has fantastic customer service skills. She remembers everyone's name when they come in and if I have had to wait before seeing her, she is alway apologetic. In fact, the noticeboard in the office is full of letters saying thank you and commending the place and the excellent customer service. The lads who work in the garage are very nice too. My car has never needed to stay over night and I usually get it back at the end of the day if I have booked it in early in the morning. Once, my car needed quite a lot doing to it, but they phoned me before they went ahead with it as it was going to be pricey and wanted to ensure I still wanted to go through with it. I thought that this was really professional and fair. They also always offer to give me a lift back home, which is not too far away, which is very kind too. I like this place as the staff are brilliant and they are professional and treat my car well. Very trustworthy and helpful people.

I want to make known the great and prompt service I received from W.M.Tyres. I had a rip in one of…read moremy tyres so I called Bearwood Garage who arranged for W.M. Tyres to get in touch with me. Within a matter of hours , they came to my home, took the ripped tyre out, taking it back to the garage and returning after closing time at the garage , with a new tyre. Edison was very polite and helpful, also making sure I locked the car after he had finished. I would definitely use their service again.
