They have more stations available than other locations I've been to, so they can accommodate more people and little to no waitlist! Nothing worse than wanting to workout and seeing a full class or waitlist on the app. I can't say I have a favorite coach either, all are great and give feedback if you're the exercise wrong. Orangetheory has definitely changed my life- couch potato to OTF frequenter 3-4 times a week. It's not about the destination but the journey. The community is amazing. The workout is great and is constantly changing. There was just a rowing challenge, Hell week and the benchmark workouts that test your limits. This is definitely my favorite location!

I did that and then they said "oh you had to have that in by the 30th". Then they said they would pull up the recorded call and so I said "great" and then they mysteriously couldn't find it. The manager, Daphne, refused to honor their word. I had intended to come back after I healed but now I will NEVER come back, nor will I ever recommend Orange Theory. Very unprofessional. Also, there is no guidance or minimal guidance by the trainer and I observed a lot of very unsafe lifting practices going on. People will get injured in these conditions. My injury was not related to this, but I thought many times looking around the room...wow...it's only a matter of time. People with terrible form, using momentum to lift, etc and the trainer not saying a thing. So dangerous. In my opinion this company cares more about collecting money than caring for their customers. Shameful.

I stayed here using the Chase Edit benefit…read more We picked this hotel because they do not charge pet fees and the valet parking is included in the resort fee (self parking is free). Service: Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Everyone loved my dog. Room: It's decent, nice but wasn't as luxurious as other properties in the same level. It is a bit weird to have the shower in the middle of the room and an open concept bathroom separated by a curtain. The bed is comfy and place was quiet. Even so the Edit said upgrade possible if available, we did not get an upgrade :(. Boo. Food: Hearth 61 had pretty good food and the Edit gives $90 a day for 2 for breakfast. That is a very generous amount. They serve the food until 2pm (more like brunch) so you can technically can get two meals out of the credit. Credit doesn't all have to be one transaction. Dog amenities: They give you a dog package with a bed, bowl, poo bags, pee pad, and treats. There isn't a designated relief area but there are multiple areas around you can take your dog. There is no grass or turf and it's all rocks. The bad: The room has no fridge and if you want a fridge you have to pay $25 (freezer is $40). We needed one so we decided to use part of our Edit $100 credit to get one. Kinda annoying for a resort room to not have a fridge and if not, why isn't the fridge fee included in the resort fee? Late checkout is at 2pm. When you check out, make sure you ask for an itemized bill. For some reason, the computer took the charges from the $100 credit first and did not apply it to the breakfast credit so we ended up owing $100. However a quick mention to the front desk and they were able to take care of that for us. ALSO, not a hotel thing but I must mention, Paradise Valley has speeding and red lights cameras on Lincoln. They are enforced for BOTH and the speed limit is 40mph. Do not go over or you will get flashed -_-

Even Clarissa at the gift shop was amazing. We asked about getting the same Qtips as in our room. Yes, even the Qtips at this place are special! She said she would check with house keeping and we went to the proshop. She found us and gave us some of the Qtips. The qtips were minor but her customer service was absolutely amazing! This type of service was with all the staff! On our way out Regan at the front desk took care of a calculation error on our bill with determination. Even though we said it was ok because it wasn't much, she worked the issue until it was fixed. Amazing! The rooms and other facilities (pools, gym, bar, lounge areas) matched the quality of service. From the comfortable beds to the impressive decor. This is a must stay resort!

The atmosphere is serene without being silent--soft music, trickling fountains, and the scent of citrus trees drifting through the air. Even as a visitor, I felt instantly transported. The food at Royal Palms strikes that perfect balance between refined and comforting. Every dish I tried felt thoughtfully composed--fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a presentation that shows care without feeling overly fussy. What sets Royal Palms apart is the overall experience. Even if you're not staying overnight, the property makes you feel like you've escaped somewhere special. The combination of historic charm, lush landscaping, and warm hospitality creates a sense of calm that lingers long after you leave. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal, wander the grounds, and genuinely forget you're just minutes from the city. A highlight would definitely be the service provided, going above and beyond in all aspects whether an event, check in or needing assistance for something. I had the great pleasure in seeing Madison in action and her work ethic was beyond 100. She is great and a star! Very communicative, efficient and made our stay very welcome! We had to close our shades as the wedding can see directly into our room and the music is LOUD (Chris Brown is blasting as I type and bass, mercy is it bumping.) It was kinda creepy. We could see and hear the entire ceremony. In my reservation I requested a quiet room, and I have quiet room in my Hyatt profile. I don't think that much forethought is put into guest placement. Yes, we are paying pennies compared to this wedding BUT they are not fostering relationships with Hyatt members. (I did mention this to reception and they offered bonus points. Great BUT this is an awful last night.) The room: King Casita is an excellent size! We have a king bed and a rollaway bed and we still have space! The bathroom space is large too! I don't care for a stocked fridge and snacks. It's useless nowadays. We had to ask for a fridge to be brought in. The room is very clean, however there were a few moths flying around the room, which was odd. Pool: the pool is wonderful! We are here on spring break (a very popular travel week) and always found spots at the pool. The servers are the pool are awesome 5/5 stars! Attentive and professional. The food at the pool was great (the burger was the restaurant burger and the whipped ricotta and fruit was yummy). The location is great! We did rent a car but never had to drive far! The valet team is speedy but it's an odd service as the parking spaces are super close. (I was ready to give this place 4 stars but this last night is a stinky way to end the trip.)

Andy threw (literally) their receipt and credit card at them. It's just unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning prior to tee off.
