I am never one to leave negative reviews, but as an attendee of one of their events I am very…read moredisappointed in the behavior displayed by two of the employees. Two employees of the food service were hostile and abrasive towards the attendees, including very young children. When a certain food item temporarily ran out, they demanded everyone get in line from the beginning, and were very inflexible. I am someone with a visible walking aid, and I was made to stand in line 3 times, only to walk away empty handed after a cumulative hour of waiting. Others were also lied to about there not being any more of an item and only received what they asked for after pointing out that there were visibly some left. In addition, one of these employees also forcibly shoved items into people's hands when they were frustrated- again, at an event full of young children. Extremely alarming to see at a family friendly event. I understand that things happen and sometimes food is not available to serve everyone- that's fine. Even waiting in line multiple times could have been understandable (just unfortunate), but the attitudes of the staff in question were unacceptable. I am not leaving a one star review because the rest of the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lively- I hope that moving forward the others will follow their example.
