They have Mongolian grill but they cook everything together so the noodles end up getting burnt and the veggies don't get soft which is why the mark down stars. Service is your typical Chinese buffet so all they do is bring you drinks and clear plates. It was busy so ambience was okay. I generally enjoyed everything except my grill incident. So if you're hungry and need a Chinese buffet fix, it's worth a shot.

The concept remains the same. Chinese/Pan-Asian lunch buffet plus Mongolian BBQ at night. Unfortunately we only were there for lunch. I read the labels for the night buffet, and the meats included kangaroo and other game. Soft drinks and coffee/tea are included in the all inclusive price. Beer and wine are extra but I think it's only 1€ per bottle of beer and glass of wine. I was actually confused about this. You get your own beverages and we had five in total. We were only charged three. Had I realized that at the time, I would have said something. But I did leave a tip despite it all being self serve. I would love to do the Mongolian BBQ, but we had to start our journey home.

Our main course was tandoori chicken, chicken marsala and lamb vindaloo. We also got aloo palak and tarka dal with garlic naan. The food is freshly cooked, very tasty and the portions are big. The restaurant cooks the food with excellent flavor but not very spicy, but if you ask them to make it spicy they will do it for you. Because they make the food fresh it does take awhile to get out to you, so be patient and just relax with a glass of wine. My only criticism is that if you sit near the wall during winter you might be a little chilly. We greatly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Based off recommendations I got from friends, we started with the lamb sambusas and then had the 2 person platter. I got a glass of red wine and my husband tried the African beer. The beer was served in a wooden bowl! The food itself was so good. I wanted to eat my weight in the sambusas - they were spiced so nicely! The 2 person platter was great - we were taught how to eat using the injeria instead of a fork and knife (we were provided cutlery if we didn't want to eat the traditional way). All of it was so good, but I did get a couple of bites of meat with some gristle. We then got a dessert - the black rice witb mango sauce. My husband was so full, he planned to only have one bite. He ate half! Can't wait to return - we'll be trying the vegan platter next

The roast beef was tender, but the gravy and other yellow/white sauce was not very good. The sides included fries (which tasted just like McDonald's fries), krokets (fried potato sticks?), and vegetables (which appeared limp and lacked color or flavor like that they had been frozen). My husband ordered the rumpsteak with garlic and roasted potatoes, but what he got instead was an "ok" steak, with a side of garlic in a dish, and krokets. My dad orders schnitzel and spatzel, he said the schnitzel was fine and the spatzel wasn't very flavorful. The restaurant interior was nice, but I wish there was some kind of light music playing, or if the fireplace was going it would've added some background noise. The prices were decent. 12-16euro range.

We went there with our close friend Inge and she also admitted that she hadn't been there in years. The place hasn't changed much. The owners are still the same and the food is much the same as well. The interior is rustic and very charming. A fireplace sits in the center and is awesome during winter while you dine. My wife's favorite here is the schnecken (snails) in garlic butter. She said that they weren't the same as the garlic was not so intense as she remembered but they were ok. She grew up eating them and is picky with them but she gobbled them up so I can only report that they were all gone lol. The salad was good since the dressing was very light and tasty. The salad was missing anything besides lettuce however. It was mixed greens but was very unfilling for salad. Still no complaints though really. We ordered steaks all around, rumpsteak with champions and bernaise sauce and mine had green peppercorn sauce. A pepper steak that made me sweat even though the temperature in the room was cool. It was and all steaks were cooked to perfection, very tasty and as we remembered. The sad part is that the traffic in the restaurant was light and we remembered waits for seating on every visit. The owner's daughter reported that some nights were like that. A sign of the times I suppose. A high class, classy steak house is not so much in demand when the area is peppered with hamburger joints. The prices were very reasonable though, only 1/3 what you might pay in a comparable Tucson area high end place. €60 for 3 compared to $120 for 2 in Tucson. Also, I had 2 pils and with our meal in Tucson it would only include 1 glass of wine. We were happy but sad too when we left because of the thought that maybe we may never return unless we visit Germany again, which who knows if that will ever occur again. We hope so, but we are planning Maui next, then maybe the Caribbean, staying closer to home probably. We did enjoy the food and the nostalgia. Our compliments to the owners.

It was very nicely breaded, just a little on the side of dry, with gooey cheese and some prosciutto-like ham. The croquettes were straight forward and good. The server was conversational and checked in once after the food came out, which is highly unusual for anyone used to German service. He also brought my wife a complimentary piece of pumpkin cake.
