The sales representative, Veronica, was very helpful and knowledgeable on each item I looked at. not to mention very patient with me because I saw a lot of things. the value was arguably competitive with other shops near by and I got exactly what I wanted to pay for the item. so don't hesitate to bargain they will work with you the price. all in all this place was great and I will be referring it to my friends and family. I asked many different jewelers and they refused to help me compare the two certificates. I finally found this place on yelp and called them up. I spoke to Danny and he was beyond helpful.
