We were customers of the mail re-direction service. The service was patchy with other people's mail being redirected to us which we then had to forward on. Their billing process was disorganised and we were repeatedly chased for invoice payments we had already made. On one memorable occasion they even redirected the cheque with our payment back to us unopened. This did not inspire confidence in the service. Queries were met, frankly, with hostility and rudeness. The Post Office provides a mail redirection service, which is cheaper, and with hindsight this is what we would have chosen. I can't comment on the rest of their services but I certainly wouldn't recommend this one. read more
