On April 18, 2020, Joseph Robert Copeland died. Joseph Robert Copeland was a client of James Voltz in the Assistant Living Residence Program operated from the home of Parris Howard and James Voltz at 126 Valley Road in Springfield MA.  Parris Howard was in a clandestine relationship with James Voltz at the time of Joseph Copeland's death. Parris Howard's birthday was April 20, 2020. Baystate Medical Center documents shows Parris Howard was admitted on April 26, 2020. On April 29, 2020 Parris Howard died. James Voltz arrived to Alberta Howard's home next door at 126 Valley Road, after Parris Howard' s death to inform Alberta Howard her son died. During the time when James Voltz was informing Alberta Howard of the death of her son Parris Howard an argument occurred which resulted in James Voltz's assaulted against 107 years-old Alberta Howard. On May 16, 2020, Springfield Police officer Reyes initiated an Incident Report: 20-5432-OF and a Warrant: 20-801-WA was filed against Detective Gregory McCain which led to the Commonwealth v James Voltz: 2023CR002756. Assistance District Attorney Hilary Sullivan filed a Nolle Prosequi not to move forward with the felony charge. District Attorney Anthony Gulluni or Assistant District Attorney Joan O'Brien never provided Alberta Howard with Advocate Protection or Witness Protection for myself. In April 19, 2022, Wayman Rainey nephew of Alberta Howard accidentally discovered James Voltz had file an fraudulent petition 22PO640EA for the Estate of Parris Howard impersonating to be his cousin. The Certificate of Death attached for the petition identified James Voltz as his cousin. A list of Docket Numbers were written on a page in Parris Howard's Estate. Docket Number:20P01243EA: Estate of Joseph Robert Copeland who died on April 18, 2020. Parris Howard was transported to Baystate Medical Center and he died on April 29, 2020. James Voltz assaulted Alberta Howard while informing her of the death of her son.Alberta "Dolly" Howard was a 30 years Springfield Public Schools Volunteer, and at the time of death of 109-years-old was buried in a secret ceremony and unmarked grave in OakGrove Cemetery. Parris Peco Howard son of Alberta Howard, Joseph Robert Copeland and Florence Cage were all clients of James Voltz Assistant Living Residence and were victims of homicides, abuse, frauds and scams in the City of Springfield, MA.
