I feel confident dropping him off, knowing that he is well taken care of, and that he is having fun! The director, Jessenia is so kind and greets everyone by name when they come in. All of the teachers, even the ones that my son doesn't interact with daily, know his name and greet him when they see him. He has been in three different classrooms as he's gotten older, and each teacher has treated him with so much love and care. I have seen his confidence and abilities grow, and he's always excited to get in the car to go to "school". I also love the app, which his teachers update regularly so I can see pictures and videos of his day. My family is so grateful to have such a supportive facility for my child.

Watching their growth over the past few years has been truly incredible, particularly under their current teachers Ms. Lia and Ms. Kiara. They have absolutely flourished in this setting and genuinely love going every single day. All of the teachers are exceptionally strong, skilled, and caring. Not only in terms of learning, but the love my girls receive from every single teacher is nothing short of fantastic. They are deeply invested in each child's development and well-being. The skill building that happens here is impressive, with a wide range of creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities that keep the children excited and wanting to participate. My girls come home daily with another project that they created at school and the sense of pride on their face is amazing. Over the past year especially, we have seen many positive changes that have made an already great program even better. Communication, organization, and programming have all improved drastically with the director, Ms. Allison. Check-in and drop-off are seamless and stress-free on the school's end, which makes a huge difference for us. My girls take forever to leave because they need to make sure they say goodbye to all the teachers and Ms. Allison. The car ride home is a flurry of stories about what they learned and how great their day was. Even the school itself is impeccably clean and well maintained, which gives us so much peace of mind. The overall environment lacked professionalism and respect. Several staff members were disrespectful when communicating with both parents and children, which is unacceptable in a place that is supposed to support young kids. It often felt like concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. One of the biggest issues was the lack of supervision. Teachers were frequently on their phones instead of actively watching the children. In a daycare setting, supervision should always be the top priority, and it was alarming to see how often this seemed to be ignored. Unfortunately, the leadership from the director did not improve these issues. A daycare director should model professionalism and ensure a safe and respectful environment, but that did not seem to be happening. Some of the concerns included: * Allowing teachers to be on their phones while supervising children * Failing to ensure proper supervision in classrooms * Not addressing staff behavior when it is unprofessional or disrespectful * Dismissing or minimizing parent concerns instead of investigating them * Poor communication with families * Lack of accountability for staff actions * Creating an environment where staff do not appear to be held to high standards A daycare director should be actively ensuring that children are safe, staff are attentive, and parents feel comfortable raising concerns. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Parents trust childcare centers with the most important thing in their lives, their children. Professionalism, supervision, and respectful communication should be the bare minimum, and sadly those expectations were not met in our experience.

As far as I knew everything was great until my son started telling me that he was getting hit by kids in the class. As I started researching this further I found out it was a daily occurrence and that there were two twin boys in his class who were the troublemakers. After confronting his teachers about this they responded with "Well it doesn't seem to upset him" and "he isn't the only one getting hit" they also acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about at first. The were putting these children in time out but it became apparent that these were not children who would respond to time out and the school had no other ideas of how to solve the problem which was evident when on of the teachers asked me what they thought I should do about it. My son's behavior at home was totally off, he was not listening, yelling and hitting us, behavior that was not normal for him but because we didn't know he was being hit at school we thought it was just a phase. Several other children in his class confirmed that these were "bad kids" and that my son was being hit daily and crying. I finally had enough and I called to withdraw him from the school, since the director was not there I left a message and was surprised to never receive a call back. Never received a call to say sorry or find out what had gone wrong, they were obviously happy to be rid of us, mind you my son was an ideal student by all accounts at the school but WE were the bad ones because WE made an issue that they had to deal with. Those boys are still in class, the last I heard one of them had spit at the teacher so that will give you an idea of the scope of the problem. The real issue is that I had to find out from my son that there was a problem at school, if he had not had the language skills that he does I might have never found out. Bullying is a problem and it starts at a young age, they need to have an effective procedure in place for dealing with these types of problems. Until that happens I cannot recommend this school.

Every morning she was crying not to go daycare because her teachers force her to follow every rule. I feel terrible that I didn't take my child from this daycare early enough. -Till 21 months, my child was in the infant room. 21 month old toddler and 3 month old were in the same room. Their needs are so different from each other. But daycare doesn't care about their development needs. They didn't give fork/spoon during her lunch in infant room. -The classroom my child goes had 4 times flea problem in 2 months. My child got constantly got ticks/fleas in this daycare. My child also got so sick in this daycare. Almost once a month, she was getting a virus from daycare and not going to daycare because of fever. -It is not very clean place. Infant rooms smell like poopy diaper. -Transition from infant room to toddler room was not smooth. My child couldn't adjust to her teachers and had nightmares first months. They could transit slowly. -They don't use technology at all. They decide to close the daycare for half an inch snow and they don't send any email or text to parents. They put some sign in checking desk. Then you have to arrange your work last minute because of bad communication. -There are so many holidays, vacations, closings. You have to take so many day off from you work because of MDD's abundant holidays. -This daycare is very structured. Teacher prepares an art project and children make the same exact art and teacher is so proud of everybody did the same thing. It doesn't encourage creativity, self expression. -If it is music time, children have to sit in circle. If they stand, they are forced to sit. Everything is about following the rules. This is same for every activity. They are forced to do whatever teacher wants like a nun school. If child cries or doesn't want to participate a certain activity, teachers force them. They don't care what child wants. -You have to take your child to daycare at 9 am, if you are late, you might be invited to parent/teacher conference about how their program is structured and missing one activity will destroy the child such as such. -There is always birthday or some reason to eat cake,cupcake, ice cream or other junk food. One week, every other day my child ate sugary things. We don't give sugar to her at home. -The first thing teacher says to my child every morning "what pretty dress/cloth you have". I don't want my child appearance oriented. These praises are so wrong. -Teachers always say to toddlers, "you are big girl/boy, don't do this", "don't do that". It creates too much pressure on toddlers that they have to behave like big girl. They ignore child psychology. -They don't ask any feedback from parents, they don't listen. If you are late 1 minute, the director lectures you 5 min and you have to pay 5 min late fee thanks to her lecturing time. We were so miserable as a family in this daycare. We are so glad we left.

I chose this day care because my sister already had her son (3 y/o) enrolled since he was 12 weeks old and they've always loved it. He is learning so much and is having so much more fun than if I had tried to continue working from home, splitting my attention. This isn't just childcare while I'm at work; it's more like enrichment for baby with all the toys, craft projects, learning and people to socialize with. They even give him extra attention at the end of the day because he's usually last to get picked up, he must feel popular. When I come get him, he's always laughing and having fun. I've even seen kids cry during pick-up at end the of day because they're having so much fun & don't want to go home lol. I'm a real nervous nelly and always worry about safety & just the first week he spent here had me feeling totally secure about the level of care and safety precautions in place here, I could immediately tell he was never ever left to cry either which is very important to me. Until he started day care I would hold him for all his naps and the first part of the night lol and never let him cry, so of course he wouldn't fall asleep in the crib and the wonderful ladies here held him for his naps until he could gently get used to napping in a crib. Now he's in with the toddlers napping as scheduled like a champ. They really go above & beyond in every way that I can even think of. They send us pictures and video throughout the day and the toddlers are sitting nicely together and even sitting on their own mats in circle time to read and sing. It's amazing! They also have a very safe outdoor play area my son is obsessed with. Somehow, they manage to have the toddlers start to form lines and they go in and out of the play area in an orderly way I'd expect from kindergarteners. I'd assume any child who's been going here is going to be leagues ahead when it's time to enter the school system, they are learning so much! He is so happy and LOVES the staff here, he was literally diving into their arms during drop-off, smiling so big, by 6 months old! The staff help each baby through every milestone and difficulty, and it seems their speech develops so much faster from being there as well. I also noticed staff from the baby room working in the toddler room while my baby was transitioning, which I find so refreshing that he didn't have to just go into a new room with all new people right away during his stranger-danger phase. They are also great at logging intake and elimination each day so you can keep track. Since my son has started here there has not been once single incident, not one single injury, nor one single time that I've been unhappy or felt like I had anything to complain or worry about which is absolutely amazing! Additionally, they are obviously diligent about sanitizing because my baby has only been sick twice this entire year, so there seems like minimal spread when anyone does get sick.
