Poor Customer Service. I have reason to suspect that something has changed since 2020 with the…read morequantity of the water. After a shower or bath I have noticed my skin is extremely dry and my hair color is more brass in color. This prompted me to request the water quality statistics. I tried four times over a two week period to get a professional call back from the general manager Ivan Thomas to discuss problems trying to get a call back to discuss secondary water contaminants in our water. Ivan was never reachable when I called. I specifically asked Michelle the operator to tell Ivan to leave a message of when he is in the office if I was unable to take his call when ever he did call me back. Never got a professional message back from Ivan. The board members are also not available to be contacted leaving the staff unaccountable to provide us proper services or be removed from their entitled position if they fail to provide professional services to the public. I wanted to go over the 2024 water quality statistics which indicate high pH 8.5, high manganese .016, no listing for calcium, along with other questions of concerns to see what is being done to address the water quality concerns traveling down 1900 year old pipes. The receptionist Michelle transfered me to some department where no name or title was even provided on the phone line, but I left message requesting a call back. No one ever called me back. No one seems to be around on Fridays working because I called back the next day asking Michelle to please have their office manager Amiee call me back, so I could set an appointment with the right person to get my questions answered. Never got a professional call back. They keep raising our water bill prices, yet there is zero accountability to ensure the public is provided basic respectful customer services. Worst yet, the board members are not even around to be reachable. They are out of touch with how the public feels...read other poor reviews. There is no grievance process in place that documents compliants for the board members to review and address management. This leaves the public rightfully upset that their is no oversight of the management. There is zero consequences when customerd are treated disrespectfully. The real insult is having to pay to support the livelihoods of all the employees in management when in turn they don't provide professional level customer services in return to us and they have zero risk of ever being fired because the board has no clue how we are treated.We deserve better services. provided to us.
