The second person who calls and covers for the one who hung up will ask you why you didn't go to the emergency room. You'll explain that you didn't go because the emergency room wasn't the cause of the issue, and that you wanted the dermatologist who prescribed the new treatments for your skin to help you, since they're familiar with what you've been using. Also, you could have visited any place covered by your PPO insurance, so it's important to know your boundaries and treat people with respect. $25 copay refund; it's not about the money, it's about the pain I'm feeling and how clients are treated when they come to you. It doesn't matter what kind of trouble or what happens to me, even if not going to this place ends up costing me my life, there's no way I'm ever going back to Dermatology & Hair Restoration
