The store was understaffed, disorganized, and radiated an air of quiet hostility. Associates either hovered aggressively while offering zero useful knowledge, or vanished entirely when actual help was needed--an impressive feat, honestly. Product testers were destroyed, shelves were half-empty, and the general vibe suggested no one in charge has stepped foot on the floor in months. When I finally did ask a question, I was met with vague answers and the unmistakable tone of someone counting the seconds until I stopped talking. For a company that prides itself on "expert guidance," the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was staggering. Sephora used to feel aspirational. This visit felt like a clearance rack with a superiority complex. I left without buying anything--not because I didn't want to spend money, but because the experience made me want to leave immediately. If this is the new standard, I'll happily take my business (and my patience) elsewhere. Oh yeah and Frankie helped me. Probably one of the most lack luster experiences I've ever had. Am I the expert? Cause it definitely felt like I was.

I have lived with large breasts for so long that I honestly forgot what life was like before them…read more I had been wanting a breast reduction for a long time, but finding a surgeon you feel comfortable with and can actually trust is overwhelming and time-consuming. I feel so lucky that I found Dr. Jen Stark at the beginning of my search. I have never met a surgeon who is as compassionate, caring, and empathetic as Dr. Stark. She is incredibly detail-oriented, and you can tell how much care, perfectionism, and artistry she puts into her work. As a patient, that was especially comforting to me because I knew I was going to be asleep while she was doing something that was so important to me. Knowing that I could completely trust her while I was out, and that she understood exactly what I wanted and would do everything she could to make it happen, was honestly the best feeling. The recovery was also so much easier than I expected. I am not particularly good with elective surgeries or recovery, so I was prepared for the worst. It ended up being much less painful than I expected, and I healed much faster than I thought I would. Throughout the recovery, Dr. Stark was always available whenever I had questions or started to feel anxious. She was so reassuring and made me feel like I was never bothering her. The rest of the staff was amazing too. Leslie was always there to answer all of my questions (and there were a LOT of them!). She was so patient and comforting throughout the entire process. Sierra also made the financial side of everything very clear and seamless, which made one less thing for me to worry about. I truly could not have asked for a better experience or a better outcome. This surgery has made such a difference in my life, and I am so grateful that I found Dr. Stark. If you are looking for a surgeon who is humble, compassionate, incredibly talented, and a perfectionist in the absolute best way, look no further. I cannot recommend her enough!

I bought Repair Me Wash, which is an expensive shampoo because it is high quality. When I was ready to use the bottle, I noticed that the shampoo had a yellow color (it's suppose to be white), the consistency was runny (it's suppose to be thick and creamy), and it had an unpleasant smell (it's suppose to have a fresh smell). It appeared that the bottle contained dish soap rather than shampoo. I went back to North Ranch Beauty for an exchange, but I got a lot of push back from two female employees who were extremely rude to me. Begrudgingly, they exchanged it. I checked the shampoo before I left the store, but found the same issue with the other bottle. At that point, the two female employees were yelling at me and threatened me. The owner, Fred, just stood behind the counter and watched. It's troubling that the store has no qualms selling counterfeit products and that the employees felt comfortable and were encouraged to treat me poorly. *** To the "manager" who claims they weren't present, but reviewed the camera: you were at the store when I was there and you were one of the employees that mistreated me. Your account of what happened is manufactured. (It's impossible to have that much detail just by reviewing a camera. Your dishonesty is alarming and reprehensible.)
