The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. I can't say enough good things about them the places clean everything is nice.

Only 5 days into physical therapy and I'm doing really well and already seeing progress and feeling…read moreprogress. I love this facility. The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. Please if you ever find yourself in need of physical therapy, please make every effort you can to become not only a patient, but a valued human given the chance to regain their full quality of life and full potential!

Hospitality Health ER is by far the BEST ER I've ever been to. I have worked in healthcare for over…read more17 years and with over 9 years working in ER I can truly say the care here is UNMATCHED! They really are doing it right. They have studied the ER experience from the patients perspective and have managed to create an environment and overall experience that tailors to the patients needs and promotes wellness physically, mentally and emotionally. Every detail is so intentional from the waiting room that looks like a hotel resort guest check-in lobby to the food and drinks they provide if you're hungry. There were Patient Advocates that made rounds about every half hour to see if we needed anything. They passed around dinner plates, dessert, wellness juice shots and even provided me with a Hospitality Health ER blanket to take home. Not to mention upon discharge they provided me with a parting gift! The staff were prompt to take us right away into a room and immediately began to start my workup. There was no wait, which is unheard of for an ER visit. All the staff were so warm, compassionate and accomidating. WOW they really knocked it out of the park and I'm beyond impressed. Having just moved from CA I am seeing that "southern hospitality" really is a thing and the care you recieve here is true to it's name! This is definitely the only ER I would ever visit from now on.

Meeting her changed my life in many ways I am just starting to understand. I started to see her for reiki for back pain not realizing it was more then just the back pain that I needed out of it. I decided to take her reiki classes. It was the best decision I ever made for myself. I still see her for reiki even though I can do it myself. She is educated, honest, thoughtful, a gentle spirt that can be fiercely curious, she has a healing heart and soul. I am grateful for her gifts. Keep teaching and healing! I've been to several docs in East TX and can't say I've ever found someone that presents as professional but also caring as Dr. Layne did. Also, they were on time for my appointment and didn't make me wait at all, which I haven't found anywhere lately--I think most docs are always running behind. I can already tell this place is top notch! They are 100% worth my 75 min drive to get there!
