This office is amazing. From front desk to billing to nursing to doctors, they are lacking in…read morenothing and are experts all around. They are down to earth and knowledgeable, but the doctors truly listen and are willing to learn and adapt. I am so impressed with the quality of care, but more so the quality of patient experience. They don't type and stare at a computer the whole time. They actually LOOK you in the eye like a human being. My husband, children, and I love this office.

From my first visits, I presented the doctor with a distinct swelling and heaviness behind my knee that started right after the injury. During my second visit, right before he ordered the second MRI, he physically examined the swelling with his own hands and suggested it might be a lipoma rather than a Baker's cyst. Because my pain temporarily subsided but the heavy swelling remained, we moved forward with that second MRI.When I returned to address the persistent swelling, the doctor completely denied his own physical findings from that second exam, claiming he 'had no documentation' of it and gaslit me by suggesting the swelling magically appeared after the first MRI. When the second MRI came back clear of a cyst or lipoma, instead of doing his job as a specialist to investigate the actual physical trauma, he dismissively told me, 'This is just how your body looks, it's a cosmetic issue and not my job.'When confronted with facts, his attitude became incredibly toxic, arrogant, and defensive. He told me to 'go find another doctor' if I didn't like his opinion and demanded 'proof' that the swelling was from the injury--ignoring the fact that he was the one treating the injury from day one! To make matters worse, his unprofessional behavior continued even as I was leaving the office. Avoid this doctor at all costs if you expect clinical accountability, accurate documentation, or basic human respect."

He was very amusing as he insisted we had met before. He dug in his records and found a visit from at least 10 years ago. His staff was good natured and generous as well. I have the hospital app on my phone, so I checked in prior to going into the building , by doing that you receive a barcode that you can scan at the kiosk to let them Know your there for your appointment, which is much easier then filling everything out on the kiosk. I had to have some CT scan images of a couple areas Of my body, I was called in by technician Angela, who was so kind and caring. Like at so many medical practices the office staff can really be a make or break for wanting come back and the office staff at the Walbert Avenue location is truly inept. Due to scheduling issues I had to see a different doctor for the procedure & follow up visits than I saw for the initial consultation. All fine except that doctor does not accept my insurance. Every other doctor in their practice does and I was even told he accepted it but when the EOB came I got a "little surprise". A different person at the Walbert Avenue location also scheduled me at another one of their locations for a follow up visit and at NO TIME was that ever conveyed to me. Imagine my surprise showing up at Walbert Avenue, sitting for fifteen minutes then being told that my appointment was made with the same doctor, at another office location and I was now late for that appointment. The office manager at the other location was apologetic but said that "things like this happen alot from the Walbert staff especially the Saturday staff". Good to know. Hopefully I have no need to ever go back but if I do I will do my best to aviod the Walbert Avenue location as in general terms the office staff, sucks.
