She would order tests, never follow up and would actually refuse appointments or to talk on the phone to discuss the results. She really missed some very serious things, a very large cyst that required weeks of painful draining, diabetes that is finally being managed since switching Dr's. She was very difficult to talk to, had a very uncaring attitude and just kept having her office staff return phone calls. The drug reps also seem to like him, as he's got a sample of everything...great when you're trying different drugs trying to find a good combination to fix you. Downside (or maybe an upside, I guess) is that his billing people are forever slow. Four months after my first appointment, they had never billed me for what was left after insurance. I finally asked about it and they printed me a statement. I guess he doesn't really need the money. :-p. I just don't like having a pile of medical bills...who knows if they'll just forget to bill me one day and turn it over to collections since it's so old.

I also appreciated that I did not feel rushed through the appointments as my concerns were addressed appropriately and thoroughly by Dr. Car. The LVHN Patient portal was helpful as well -if any additional questions I was able to get feedback there. If anything, getting a hold of the right person over the phone was a hassle at times, but it is to my knowledge that the office is busy and all practices are dealing with high volumes of patients so that is expected. Dr. Mozumdar was also helpful, as he took me in last minute on a day that I accidentally walked in a day early due to a scheduling error on the portal. Dr. Koshar is very friendly and I had one visit with him as well. The least I could do to thank the doctors and staff for their help was to write a positive review. So thank you all!
