However, I knew from the moment I left my first appointment that everything would be ok - Rosemary provided me with a sense of comfort I didn't get anywhere else. She gave me the strength to take steps I never thought I could, and worked with me when I was hesitant to jump. In a way, Rosemary held my hand through the entire process. Checking in with me between visits, celebrating my successes, and not judging me when I failed. She is patient, caring, supportive, and someone I very much look up to and trust. I am proud to say that because of her I am living my absolute best life. That's not to say people never have bad days, however she has taught me valuable lessons on coping with anxiety and since then I no longer need any medications. If I could give her 1000 stars I would, as this woman has changed my life in ways I never thought possible. I truly believe people are put into your life at the right time and I am so thankful that it was her. I will forever value our relationship and consider her my friend. If you want to live your best life and don't know where to start, you need to call her.

I met Rosemary, January 2017 and it was the best decision I have ever made…read more I wasn't happy, even thou I had a great husband, healthy 2 year old boy and a successful career. It wasn't just " not being happy", I had lost my confidence and my self worth. In the last 5 years a had lost my mom of a massive heart attack, my husband survived an intense brain surgery, a miscarriage and on my second cycle of anti depressants. You can add post partum depression as well. A lot for anyone to handle and to much of a burden to put on someone else's shoulder. I had gained weight that I had lost before my pregnancy and was on track of obesity, again. Something I had been battling since my teenage years. My emotions were all over the place. I felt guilt and shame over my blessed life. My poor husband and friends couldn't even support me because I wasn't approachable and my leadership skills at work were suffering. Rosemary was the person that opened my mind to the reality that my "thoughts " were just that. Passing thoughts. She introduced cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation. She is very emotionally intelligent and within just a few sessions she made me realized that my low self esteem was the root of my rattling thoughts and disease to please. I was committed to our sessions and followed her suggestions and read her recommendations. I am proud to say that Rosemary has supported me thru this journey of Loving Myself. I am Living my Best Life. My emotions are balanced and I know how to have Compassion for myself on the days that they might not be. This too shall pass and before you know it being mindful of my emotions let's me overcome any negative emotions and thoughts. I am proud to say that I have overcome my weight issues. Not because I lost weight, because Rosemary supported my changing mindset about food and the influence it had emotionally and physically. My husband and I's relationship is better then ever. I can support him emotionally while staying mindful of his needs and mine. I am able to be present for my son and enjoy being with him. That was not the case before. I will forever be grateful for Rosemary. She has opened my mind to love myself and that I am enough and it shines thru to everyone I encounter. She is my favorite conversation to have monthly. Making an appointment is so convenient and time sensitive to your needs. Dr. Berberian is so knowledgeable, helpful and spot on with what I need. His recommendations have been extremely helpful. Sitting down to speak with Mandy is always like a breath of fresh air! Her guidance and knowledge have been beyond helpful. She is an AMAZING listener and always shares with me an insightful way of looking at things. I am forever grateful that she has been put in my life path. Due to constant issues with a previous…read moreprovider, I made the change to these guys and it's honestly one of the best decisions I've made in recovery. First of all, Lauren Imbriani is a dream. I've been having issues with Optum RX getting my shot to my provider on time, and Lauren has done everything possible to ensure that she has my shot well in advance. Plus, every time I see her, we pick up right where we left off. With the previous group, each time was like I was a new patient. With Lauren, you can tell she really cares about you and knows her patients like she knows her own family. The fact that I don't have to remember where I got my shot the last time is an added bonus rarely found with any physician. Now, on to their front desk people. They're like a mini welcoming committee. They're friendly and sociable and they make coming in to the office each time much more pleasant than I could have ever expected. Kudos to the entire group from top to bottom! I highly recommend them to anyone starting, continuing or coming back to their recovery journey.

Mountainside is a magical place. It's not your typical treatment center, and that's what makes it so special. The staff is amazing--super knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring. I still keep in touch with people I met there, and they've become a big part of my support system. The connections I made and the things I learned have stuck with me in the best way. If you're looking for a place that goes beyond the basics and really helps you grow, I can't recommend Mountainside Ramsey enough.
