Dave walked in this morning and waited for the next barber. This is a homey quaint barber shop. I think the wait was 5 minutes before Dave was next. Jason was his barber. He listened to what Dave wanted and Jason delivered. He did a great job cutting Dave's hair. If you are in need of a haircut, this business had 4 barbers this morning. All 4 were busy when we arrived and when we left there were 3 customers waiting. They have a busy business. Men like to gossip. You won't believe what I heard. 5/5

The employees in the past indicated that each Gentleman's Choice would cost $48.88. I'm ok with this price. I am not OK wioth what the clerk and manager told me--that I needed to pay another $2.00. I purchased the Gentleman's Choice card with the understanding that $586 would be all I needed to pay Roosters notwithstanding potential increases in price. I believe that I have 10 or so shave and haircut left. If this stands Rooster will have made me pay $22 or so in addition to the contract I made. You have had the benefit of the $586 I paid. I think it would be equitiable to allow the deal I thought I was making when I paid the $586. I also want the $2.00 I was charged today. Any minor irritaion. The management failed ti insure that I had been getting messages from Roosters. The had both telephone numbers but assoicated my non-cell nuber for the cell. My cell number is below. Charles T. When I came in, they had an upstairs section run by a local company called Snail on the Wall. Check them out if you have the time, I believe they're there until the end of winter. They also have a barber shop in the corner by the professional section - appointment only from what I understand though, but it comes in handy if you need to get it all one-and-done in a single outing. Had a great conversation with the barber there on men's style and fashion. In fact, all of the employees there were super friendly. I'd definitely go back again to treat myself or get a little something as a gift.

I would avoid this business because it's bad business to waste a customer's time.

Environment: Let's be honest, we all have this idea of what a barbershop is? Personally, I think of loud music and men trying to harass me the moment I walk in with my son. This stereotyping has kept me from barbers for as long as I can remember. What I love about Groomed by Kiel is that it is aesthetically pleasing, the music is appropriate and everyone inside is respectable! Customer service: He's awesome. He will ensure your satisfaction and takes his time with your cut, paying attention to even the smallest detail. He is hilarious and such a warm and kind person and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does for a living! Covid Protocols: Seats were wiped down before I was seated. Masks were required and REMAINED on during service. Social Distancing was enforced. Pricing: You get what you pay for and I feel for the quality, the pricing was a great deal! Overall: When I'm traveling through, this will definitely be my barber of choice for my husband and son. Try him, I doubt you'll regret it!
