It is however still an independent shoe retailer, which focusses on quality brand footwear built to last. It has a large glass front to the building which is always set out well showing some of the ranges from the brands stocked, such names as Gabor, Geox and Ecco are usually represented. When you enter there is a vast display of footwear for Men, Women & children - they have a very good fitting service with trained staff. They also stock high end bags and accessories and of course every type of shoe cream and potion imaginable. Its more of an 'alternative' shoe shop, selling skate type shoes and other similar items. I like loads of the shoes in here, and have bought some on many occasions, they seem to stock different shoes than elsewhere, which is good as I like shops who look for something different to interest customers. The guys who run the shop are really friendly and as its a small shop, they don't have much trouble seeing to everyone quickly and efficiently. The prices are kind of on the high side, but i'm not one to complain about paying for quality.

The worst thing is, is that they gave advice to my specialist cleaner and then when the colour ran following their advice... they changed their website and lied about it!!! Bloody disgraceful.... greedy owner!!! We have evidence of these things to take it to court but I just want a quick resolution and my money back. I have given them 3 months to sort it out... the owner has not returned one call and they have my £185....they promised me a replacement before 20.9.18... no surprises that it never arrived, and no further engagement from them?? I no longer want a replacement as the event for which it was purchased had passed... they had 4 weeks notice of this.. Anyone got any advice on the best way to resolve this.... I really don't need the stress, but want to make sure no one else receives this level of hideous customer service. Meanwhile.... avoid at all costs!!!
