They have been amazing other times I have come but I was misled about a quote in my most recent…read moremaintenance experience. I came in to do an oil change and maintenance expecting to pay about $100 ish dollars. I was informed to replace my brakes as they were low. The service advisor Ricardo told me it would be $800 to take care of the brakes. Based on that amount I decided to move forward. So I what I anticipated would be a $1,000 bill ended up being a $2,000 bill. It was not explained how much my bill would increase. I am extremely upset with the experience and will never be back.
