i had contacted auto zone the day prior to coming in, and asked if my front rotors still had a…read morewarranty. they confirmed my warranty for both. i came in the following day where kirsten b. rang me up. i asked for the front break pads and rotors and she confirmed verbally the warranty(for the rotors), and told me to bring the used rotors back later for my money back. so we leave with the rotors and front break pads. turned out she gave us the wrong ones. we go back, with the back rotors she gave us and my old rotors hoping to trade them in and get the new front ones. they then claim that i never had the warranty on the front rotors even though i they confirmed that information with me yesterday. and she then tries to say we asked for the back rotors and when i asked why would i just get front break pads and back rotors. wouldn't you verbally correct me that the warranty was for the back rotors if that's what it actually said in the first place. at the end of this they took my old rotors and insisted i had to pay for new ones. shitty service, and they didn't care about the mistakes made and put no effort to even try to care or fix their mistake

My wife recently called to find out how much a 100,000 mile service was. At $2900 which is $2,100 more than our son-in-law just paid for his at his local garage in Boston with no convenience fee. So off to see the grandkids we are in a couple of weeks all paid for by the money we saved by not going to Otis Ford.

George had very transparent numbers for me within minutes thanks to teamwork with his manager Greg. The finance office was an equally smooth and pleasant atmosphere where Michael explained the terms of our deal and the warranty options available to us. Unfortunately my ride home was only about 7 miles so my seat time has been limited but I'm extremely happy with the sales process and even happier with my new toy. I came in to do an oil change and maintenance expecting to pay about $100 ish dollars. I was informed to replace my brakes as they were low. The service advisor Ricardo told me it would be $800 to take care of the brakes. Based on that amount I decided to move forward. So I what I anticipated would be a $1,000 bill ended up being a $2,000 bill. It was not explained how much my bill would increase. I am extremely upset with the experience and will never be back.
