They have a all Chinese menu and they speak Chinese here. The owner is from Jiang Su. Very friendly. Tea is only 2 real for a whole pot. They also have a really painting of a cat in the old Chinese art style. It's very busy for lunch and most of the locals ordered the nai you man you. (Pan fried sweet buns).
