I stumbled upon we care chiro on Instagram and I instantly made an appointment. The staff was extremely helpful, especially their office manager Lani. They go over your symptoms and try to figure out the best treatment required to make you feel better. They offer cupping, medical massage, trigger point injections and they even do measurements for orthotics. I can't recommend enough! I brought my husband for treatment as well since he has some lower back pain. So far he's been feeling great because of the treatment. If you're looking for a place to make you feel overall rejuvenated, this is the chiropractor for you! They are also extremely involved in community events which is a plus! Couldn't recommend enough!

I said my husband was a patient there. I explained I had a back issue. She kept interrupting saying she didn't understand why I was calling. Which, immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I'm seeking treatment because I'm in pain and a little kindness goes a long way. I said I would like to make an appointment. She said for chiropractic you don't need a prescription. I said I can't and wouldn't see a chiropractor for my diagnosis. She then went into what I already knew. She said you need a prescription for physical therapy first, then she could make my appointment. I then asked how does your physical therapy work, because there is not a lot of one on one time. She again was confused, these were her words. Not mean. I heard this place was so great and different. Even your website touts that. Well since my husband was last here which was a few years ago, I goes they are nothing more than the usual meat market all of these other places have become. That is why I will pay out of pocket and seek private therapy.

They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to know if I was approved. After 3 days of not hearing back, I called them and they brushed me off saying they had not heard back. I tried again in five days with the same result. After more than a week there was no word, so I called them a third time. Their response, "Oh, you were not approved." So I asked why didn't you call me? "Oh, we just heard." What a bunch of BS. I told these people that I had recently moved to the area and they were recommended by someone. I also told them that I was in pain and needed to see someone. They did not care in the least! They never offered that I could pay cash for my first visit while they run my insurance. They just hung up. I have never been treated this way by a medical office. Luckily, I found another provider and my insurance was approved within the hour.
