After reaching out to 4 local electricians, I finally got a call back; and luckily we got the right one! Ramm is very knowledgeable, very customer friendly, takes pride in his work and is respectful of your property. He needed to come inside to drill a hole for one outlet and I noticed that he placed a towel down on my countertop to lay out his tools (impressive). Prices seemed fair. We will definitely call him again.

After finding Forney Electric on a goggle search and also Yelp they had a lot of good reviews. I…read morecalled and spoke to Ramm about getting our old outdated electric panel replaced and relocated outside my house instead of in my master bedroom closet. He came by and looked at what and where we needed his services and then was able to prepare a quote on what it would cost. Ramm messaged me the quote that evening after looking it over i was pleased with the quote and accepted it. We then agreed on a day for the job to be completed. Working with the city for permits. And i scheduled the temporary power disconnect with the power company and a reconnect for that afternoon. Ramm and his helper Frank arrived early on monday so he could be here when the power was disconnected. They got started on replacing and relocating the power panel. Which was an all day job i didnt realize it was such a complex job. They worked all day on the project and was ready for the city inspector and past the inspection with no problem. The city then released the House to be reconnected to the power grid. I can not stress enough how pleased i am with the QUALITY of the work and how good it all looks. And now i feel much safer in my home with my elderly Mother living with me with a new updated electric panel that is up to current code. I cannot Thank Ramm and Frank enough for the very exceptional service and Quality of their work. THANKS Mike Cook...

The office staff assured me I wouldn't have to look for another company and that they could do the work no problem. Fast forward to today.. Saw so many great reviews with only a minimal amount of poor ones. I figured anyone can find negative things to say, but if the majority have good things to say, I should be good. I've owned businesses before and understand this. What I don't understand however is when you schedule a client and then try to reschedule them 2 different times.. I understand things happen, but poor communication and not being able to just simply follow through with your word is not acceptable for any business owner wanting to provide exceptional customer service and loyalty. Company management/time scheduling is lacking tremendously with Amp Electrical Services. I received a text and email confirming my appt a day prior. Hours later receive a call from the office staff wanting to yet again reschedule the install stating "8° Fahrenheit is too cold for our workers to be exposed to. Last week though the excuse was "We need the city to come mark the lines before digging". Well the city came a day prior to their original install date, but if this was such a concern Amp would have called to verify the lines have been marked before confirming my appt.. My overall perspective from just my experience and the way they manage their employees was unprofessional at best. Yes it's cold, but you had another excuse last time too. I don't by it and will not use or recommend Amp Electrical Services to anyone. It's unfortunate and I was hoping this review would be a 5 star after the work was completed as promised. This Christmas we will have an empty brand new spa without power .
