I believe one of her biggest assests is that she loves and cares for animals very deeply. My mom passed a few years ago, and I've continued using Karen for grooming my mom's shitzu whom I've adopted. I too would strongly recommend Karen to anyone who needs a trusting, honest and kind groomer. Toby (my dog) also feels very comfortable and safe. Karen's prices are also very reasonable.

She had some kennels for safe keeping while they waited their turns. They seemed to be at ease when I came back to pick them up. They look and smell great! I've found our new groomer!

He was practically molting...big fur balls all over the place and I didn't want him to trash my host's home. I first called Pet Smart. They put me off until the next day. All fine and good but didn't help prevent the mess that was about to be made. On a whim, I called Jan's and explained the situation. Unbeknownst to me, Jan and her lovely daughter Jamie, have a thriving business and were completely booked. But after a brief chat, Jan made a colossal, humanitarian effort to work me in. Later that day, I picked Yoshi up. Handsome!! Is the word I used. He looked great, clean, nails trimmed all for a GREAT price! I'll always go back but I know to call in advance. Thanks, Jan and Jamie! You're the best!

That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot.
