I reached out to Dick & Son and they created the most incredible arrangement AND delivered it the same day. Sorry, I digress, I'm here to talk about this encounter. I wanted to order an arrangement for a friend who lost a family member- looked online at the selection and chose. The notes said the arrangements may vary based on availability & season. The best part- I wasn't event concerned- I've been IN Flowers by Dick & Son and have met the staff that work there- ALL are friendly and want to do their very best to make the best arrangement they can. I've visited a number of flower shops in the past and they are more interested in turning and burning inventory than the actual finished product. Lucky for me I stepped in the last Flower shop I'll ever use again- Flowers by Dick and Son. The quality of the arrangements for the cost is amazing!! I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers. This is customer service!
